Very happy with the Serta purchase. At first I thought the bed might be to firm, but after sleeping on the mattress for a couple weeks I find it is just right. I really like that the mattress has very little bounce, I don't even notice when my wife gets into bed.

they use xpo trucking it is the worst trucking company in the world. they say they are going to come and never show up. We have been waiting almost two months to get our matress In the future I will insist they don't use xpo if they can't use someone use I will definitely take my business elsewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking for a Serta Hybrid mattress when this opportunity to try this one came up. I love the hybrid concept of having both coils and memory foam, and This is a very good mattress. I love the added support that you get as opposed to strictly memory foam. My only issue is that I feel much more motion of my partner moving than I did with a straight memory foam mattress or some of the other Serta models we tried at the store. All in all this is a very high quality mattress and box spring, and I would definitely recommend it.

Since I see that you answer the customers who are complaining in appears that everyone has the same problem the mattress sags and you tell them to go get another one that's scary but anyhow I happy question you have mattress part number 980003527 and you have mattress part number 142638 this 1 is only available on the store but it appears to be the same mattress I need to know the facts is this the same mattress
