great mattress

Biggest complaint- the mattress is slightly smaller than an average king mattress. The fitted sheet just slides around. It's very firm even for being a plush pillow top, hoping it will break in with time. I'd hate for the hubby to be right about this purchase being a mistake. It does sit much higher than our previous mattress so I literally have to climb into bed. The one thing I really do like is the handles on the side of the mattress.

Comfort is a definite

I am a petite woman and no one else sleeps in the bed. This mattress is sagging on the side I sleep on after just 18 months. It was very comfortable for the first few months, then quickly went downhill. I had a mattress from another store that was double the cost from Beautyrest, and it was good for many, many years. I wonder if Serta is manufacturing cheaper mattresses just for Sam's Club rather than using it's standard quality. Not sure, but I would NOT recommend. I thought maybe heavier people were getting the issue of sagging, or people with kids bouncing on the mattress, and I would be okay, but I can tell you there is definitely a problem with the mattress, STAY AWAY! Going to see if I can get a refund.

My old mattress was 11 years old. I woke up every morning with back and leg pain. When shopping for a new mattress I wanted firm but comfortable. The Serta looked very well made and had a pillow top about 2 inches thick which looked very comfortable. We have a tight budget so affordability was important. After only sleeping on the new mattress for 3 nights I can tell the difference already. I feel more rested in the morning and almost no back pain and no more leg pain. It's just what I was looking for, firm but comfortable. I would recommend this mattress if you need a little firmness and comfort.

This mattress lasted us about 2 months before you could tell where we laid and became completely uncomfortable! We moved it to our guest room because we just couldn't make it work for us anymore. To expensive to only last 2 months. I wish there was a way I could have returned it. It even took a few weeks longer to ship to us than the arrival date said. I should have just canceled the order when it didn't come in a timely manner.

Previously, I had a King Koil mattress for 20 years and thought, if it was good enough for Walt Disney World properties, that's what I wanted. I thought it was going to be difficult to find a good replacement, yet, I did some research, looked at reviews and based on information gathered and a sale event, I chose my new Serta mattress. I've had it for about two months now and I love getting into bed. I'm a back sleeper and prefer something more firm, thus avoiding anything with plush in the description. The Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury Hybrid Glenmoor Super Pillow Top Mattress King is meeting my expectations. I look forward to many more good night sleeps!
