I really have enjoyed this new bed, it has made a world of difference. My back feels great when I wake up, my old bed apparently wasn't as comfortable as I thought. The mattress has handles on the side which makes moving easier even though it still is pretty heavy, it's manageable. I tried a few different brands and models but once I laid on this one I knew it was the one for me. I recommend you try one and see the difference.

I am a petite woman and no one else sleeps in the bed. This mattress is sagging on the side I sleep on after just 18 months. It was very comfortable for the first few months, then quickly went downhill. I had a mattress from another store that was double the cost from Beautyrest, and it was good for many, many years. I wonder if Serta is manufacturing cheaper mattresses just for Sam's Club rather than using it's standard quality. Not sure, but I would NOT recommend. I thought maybe heavier people were getting the issue of sagging, or people with kids bouncing on the mattress, and I would be okay, but I can tell you there is definitely a problem with the mattress, STAY AWAY! Going to see if I can get a refund.

Bought this for the guest room, primarily for my two sons when they visit. Youngest son loved it. Oldest boy initially thought it was too firm, but after sleeping on it for a couple of visits he now says he loves it. Mom tried it for one night, but she thought it was a little too firm. She's used to a 4-inch gel foam topper, so it was a change for her, even though this is a hybrid mattress. With integrated foam and pillowtop, I was afraid this might be too soft, but the online reviews gave it a very good rating, and it's turned out to be just what we wanted.

After only a few nights, we can tell the difference in the comfort and support of this mattress. It is firm, yet the memory foam pillow top gives a softer feeling to the firm support. We're both already sleeping better, in part because one doesn't feel the movement of the other. This seems to be an incredibly good value and we anticipate several years of comfortable sleep with this mattress set!

I bought this mattress in January 2020 and while is was great for awhile, it now has begun to dip in the middle. Has not lasted for a year. There is definitely a difference seen in the middle as I makeup the bed. If you sit in the middle with your legs over the side, (you somewhat sink in) and if do the same on the feet section of the bed, there is much more support. The feet section of the bed feels like the middle did when I first bought it. (fairly firm) Perhaps if you are on the heavier side, you should look into a firmer mattress with more support for your bottom area. But I do like the extra length of the bed.

I was looking for a firm mattress , with a pillow top and this mattress fit all my needs in price, comfort , and availability. Took it home and slept soooo good. I had a tempur-pedic and returned it because it was not comfortable , this new mattress is a lot firmer and better. I will definitely buy again!
