I have had this mattress for just over a year. This is the worst mattress I have every purchased! After just a few months it started developing craters. I am going to contact Serta regarding what they will do about this. I paid good money for it and it needs replacing already. I am so dissapointed.

Biggest complaint- the mattress is slightly smaller than an average king mattress. The fitted sheet just slides around. It's very firm even for being a plush pillow top, hoping it will break in with time. I'd hate for the hubby to be right about this purchase being a mistake. It does sit much higher than our previous mattress so I literally have to climb into bed. The one thing I really do like is the handles on the side of the mattress.

Perfect to me

We bought this a week ago and I haven't had a good nights sleep since we bought it. I am so disappointed because I bought this after reading all the good reviews. We had been looking and researching this mattress for a while now and did all our research for it to turn out to be the worse nights sleep I have had in a long time, its just TO HARD! I would return it but I am not sure if I can return a mattress.

Loved this mattress on day one. Within a year it's was cratered. Not 2.5 years later we are sleepless and in pain shopping for a new mattress. Tried a topper for the past year which helped maybe 10%. Btw I'm only a 120lb human. Hope this helps someone.

I really have enjoyed this new bed, it has made a world of difference. My back feels great when I wake up, my old bed apparently wasn't as comfortable as I thought. The mattress has handles on the side which makes moving easier even though it still is pretty heavy, it's manageable. I tried a few different brands and models but once I laid on this one I knew it was the one for me. I recommend you try one and see the difference.

I never write reviews but thought it was necessary to write one regarding this mattress. Was very disappointed in this mattress! Had a year and mattress was sinking in where my husband and I sleep. We are not overweight either. Was hard and we were sore every morning. Our last Serta mattress didn't start sinking in til about 14 years later. It has a 10 year warranty and they honored it, which I am happy about. Save your receipt if you purchase this. Spend the extra money and buy a better mattress.

I bought this mattress in January 2020 and while is was great for awhile, it now has begun to dip in the middle. Has not lasted for a year. There is definitely a difference seen in the middle as I makeup the bed. If you sit in the middle with your legs over the side, (you somewhat sink in) and if do the same on the feet section of the bed, there is much more support. The feet section of the bed feels like the middle did when I first bought it. (fairly firm) Perhaps if you are on the heavier side, you should look into a firmer mattress with more support for your bottom area. But I do like the extra length of the bed.
