this is my go to snack at the hospital! working 12 hr shifts can be exhausting but i feel that this yogurt is low calorie and very tasteful compared to other ones ive tried! i say its more like a thicker consistency since its greek but i typically cut fruit and put granola inside and it makes the best difference!

This yogurt boasts zero added sugars, zero artificial sweeteners and zero fat. This has been my go to breakfast since I've been seriously trying to cut down on sugar. With this brand, I don't miss the regular and much sweeter Greek yogurts I used to enjoy. I think I have found a new favorite! The flavor varieties are all good, but the mixed berry is especially delicious!

I was happy to see no artificial sweetners, colors or flavors were used. I also love that they use Stevia as the sweetener. While the texture and ingredients were great, I found the taste bitter and did not like it much. It would probably be great in a smoothie or if you added honey to it.

When I have extra fruit on hand I buy the vanilla and add the fruit and some granola to the yogurt for a healthy snack. When I'm out of the fruit I buy the Oikos fruit flavored yogurt varieties. I especially like feeding it to my grandchildren knowing there is zero sugar.
