This has been my go to yogurt while trying to increase protein into my diet. The nutrition facts are amazing, zero in all the areas you want. It tastes delicious (the mixed berry is my favorite flavor). It also keeps me full and satisfied for a long time.

Plain it was a bit bland, but not so bad that I couldn't eat it. I love it as an addition to a balanced breakfast. It is also great in some recipes. I really like the vanilla and the strawberry ones. This is a very tart so I do like to add some fruit when I am eating them alone. They are also on the thicker side when it comes to Greek Yogurt. They can be used in so many different ways: alone, with fruit or granola, with oats, in smoothies, and more. You cannot beat the added protein on these and it is a reason I will grab for them again and again.

I’ve always had this perception that all Greek yogurt was the consistency of with similar flavor to sour cream - off putting. However, I’m taking a GLP-1, so high protein is important. My nutritionist suggested adding Greek yogurt to my diet and specifically recommended the Triple Zero flavors from Oikos because of the flavor and consistency being similar to regular yogurt. I’m absolutely sold, and loved it. Will be a regular buyer! Made a great breakfast with a bit of granola, can’t wait to try the other flavors.

When I started on my healthy eating journey these were recommended by my doctor over choboni that I use to eat. But they had much more sugar in them. I am so glad I made the switch I love these! My husband has even starting eating them. They have a great amount of protein in them and zero sugar. Definitely recommend!

I prefer my yogurt to be the full fat full flavor variety and that means I need to continue purchasing their regular products.
