This is the only type of yogurt that I eat. I buy either the strawberry, vanilla, or the mixed berry and I eat it for breakfast. I will occasionally put blueberries blackberries or raspberries in the yogurt just for some out of texture. This yogurt is good unlike some other Greek yogurts and it is packed full of protein

I usually like thin yogurt and this was a little thinker then I usually like but over all was a product that I will definitely be purchasing more of, as SOON!

I've been trying to eat healthier lately, and Oikos Triple Zero Strawberry Yogurt has become one of my go to snacks. I honestly didn't expect to like it as much as I do. The flavor is surprisingly rich for a yogurt with zero added sugar, zero fat, and zero artificial sweeteners. The strawberry taste is sweet but not overly so, and it doesn't have that weird aftertaste some “healthy” yogurts have. I also love that it has 15 grams of protein, so it actually keeps me full between meals. The texture is thick and creamy almost like a dessert. I usually eat it on its own, but it's also great with a few almonds or a sprinkle of granola. The only downside is that it's a bit pricier than some other brands, but for the taste and nutritional value, I think it's worth it. Definitely a solid option if you're trying to get more protein without all the extra sugar.

This is great stuff! Try it with honey and fruit. I even put this on my face due to its anti-inflammatory and pore minimizing effects. Not a bad price and I buy by the tub. The only issue I had was that I had to stir it really well but that s nothing unusual for yogurt.
