Just right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is extremely easy to use and looks fantastic. I’ve had chest freezers and they just don’t do the job. Food goes to the bottom line and you never seem to see you ever again. This upright you can find everything and it looks fantastic where I have it placed. It’s not too big and holds enough food without having to go shopping for meat or at least six months.

Great Freezer / Refrig combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two units - one as a freezer and the other as a refrigerator. Moved the handle so that they are close to each other. Looks like a full unit. Holds much more than I expected. Picture does not do justice to unit (no dents or scratches) .. just glare from camera. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Questionable purchase

Like the size and shape but stopped chilling in 2 years. Loss of functionality in 2 years is unacceptable for a expensive appliance. I lost everything that was in it. It's impossible to get them fixed because nobody want to work on them. Samsung stick to what your good at phones and tvs everything else.i have not been impressed with.

Beautiful, ingenious and dependable

We were tired of digging in the chest freezer for the thigs we use often. It fits in a tight spot in our kitchen. It is super quiet and looks amazing. We love that we could switch this to refrigerator mode if we wanted to.

Not consistent… thaws food…

Purchased this unit and it has malfunctioned and thawed food N= 3 times. The unit’s performance is not consistent. If you need a unit for long term food storage, I wouldn’t recommend buying this unit.
