I really love the bigger box of cornbread mix, make as little or a lot depending on how many are eating. Don’t have to worry about did I use my last box or not so it last awhile. Also mix is very fresh

Well, it's Jiffy, after all. Large box, so you have to measure to make muffins or a standard size cornbread. It doesn't have the measurements and instructions for cornbread. Maybe they will add that to the box soon.

I usually get the small size sold in a grocery store. I wasn't sure I would use this big box, but it came in really handy when entertaining. I think this is a tasty corn muffin mix and simple to make. I would buy this size again...you can use as little or as much as you like.

This made the cornbread dressing a lot easier to make as we were making dressing for about 100-150 people for Thanksgiving. We served our little community Thanksgiving supper in which I also bought 6 huge cans of green beans (that I bought at Sam’s Club). They were equally delicious. Thank you!

You could make cornbread or corn muffins or specialize this with a little bit of jalapeño peppers or even sweet peppers. You will love the flavor sometimes I even make it with some chopped onions and chopped jalapeños in that everybody seems to love them

It’s a simple basic that can be dressed up as you desire—my grandmother always used creamed and regular corn, green chile, sour cream and cheese for a delicious casserole around the holidays. (And to the person who said this isn’t a better deal than the small boxes — looking at the local Walmart’s price per oz, it is 8.5 cents. This box works out to 7 cents per oz. So, it may not be a crazy savings but it’s something!)
