Jiffy corn muffin mix is easy to use, convenient, can be used for more than corn muffins, corn bread and corn cakes (made like pancakes). I use it to make stuffing for my turkey. My family likes the taste and that's good enough for me.

I love this larger size box instead of buying a bunch of smaller ones. It’s sold at a great price so it saves you money versus buying a bunch of singles.

I used to always buy the little boxes of this but when I found the big box at Sam’s it’s less expensive than purchasing a bunch of little boxes. I love this cornmeal mix.

An old friend. My grandma used Jiffy brand and my mom used Jiffy brand, I use Jiffy brand and now my daughter does. What more can I say. I will continue to buy it as long as Sams carries it.

convenient but if you don't know how to measure stick with the little boxes, I used the entire box the 1st time, but the product is the same delicious.

Did not care for this. Did not raise as expected, tried adding some baking powder to next batch, but still not what I expected. I will make from scratch next time.

People who say this 40oz Jiffy mix is a good value would not pass elementary school math. The most I have seen the regular size 8.5oz boxes go for is $0.55 each. Current price for 40oz is $3.12 as of 1/23. It might seem more convenient to have one large box. The facts are that the trade off is that you need to measure it out, and also it’s a fact that it’s not a better value in the larger size.
