1- It's made of cow milk, while authentic Feta made of milk of goat or sheep. 2- Sam's used to have a block Feta cheese, which they do not have anymore. These one uses preservative to keep the mold out, so it is not healthy. 3- Why Sam's cancels the healthy choices and just keep the trashy ones!

Its the closest thing to actual greek feta from my Greek homeland. Tastes fresh and is always creamy. I use this instead of Parmesan cheese. Goes with anything. Experiment as this feta can be used on fresh salads or even crumbled on cold watermelon. Delicious. Love it. #athenos is the only brand I buy each and every time

Picked this up when in a rush and needed feta for a sweet potato burritos recipe, and was surprised by the quality! Not too crumbly, moist, or overly dry, this cheese was perfect in the recipe, and then in an omlette and a Greek salad the next day. Great value buy! I no longer buy any other brand of feta.

The container I picked up in March 2024 has more additives mixed in. It is a fine crumble like Parmessan cheese and not the natural hunks that were there before. It does not resemble the Feta of a two months ago. I will look for it somewhere else. I'm disappointed.

Athenos Feta Cheese has the perfect classic flavor feta needs! I love using this feta on salads, as well as in the traditional Greek dish spanakopita. I highly recommend this brand of feta. It is fresh-tasting, soft and delightful. It makes the perfect topping for salads, vegetable casseroles and even egg dishes!

This is the best 'bang for your buck' feta cheese that delivers full-bodied flavor. Tastes fresh and creamy even being made partly with skim-milk. Delicious flavor on top of salads in particular arugula, on pizza (search moosewood spinach feta pizza), and added-in to any roasted vegetable medley.

This is literally my favorite go to cheese and I put it on everything. It tastes sooo good and it’s perfect there are barely any carbs in it! Super delicious and is the perfect garnish or cheese for anything like an omelette. It lasts a long time too, super delicious!

What a great feta! The pop top lid makes it easy to open and seal, keeping the cheese nice and fresh. I love to use it in breakfast burritos, veggie couscous, and burgers - to name a few. It’s a great cheese to keep on hand, as it doesn’t go bad quickly.

I love this brand of feta cheese. I made homemade tzatiki sauce for our gyros, sprinkled this on along with a bunch of fresh veggies like tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and cucumber, and it was to die for! I also love putting this in some of my power salad bowls! Great and affordable feta brand.
