I like good feta cheese. As a Hispanic I can kinda relate it to a blend between cotija and a queso fresco cheese with maybe a slight tang of blue cheese. It is tangy, salty, and cheesey... It is a bolder flavor so it is good to income it with other foods. Delicious! Check it out.

This is my favorite feta. I have tried other brands and when you cook with them, like spinach pie the flavor fades away. I also like the texture of this brand. We use a lot so this size is a much better value for us than the small container ar the supermarket.

It seems the contents are more powdery than it has been. Same taste, but more powder. It’s almost like they are saving all the stuff they used to discard.
