Athenos is yet another brand the I buy only when I'm buying feta. I have purchased this product more times than I would count,. No recommendations for this product. The flavor is a salty, creamy...it's perfect over salads with maybe craisins so the sweet and the pungent blend well together.

This feta is the best flavor for already crumbled cheese. The easy close and open package allows for you to store it and reuse it while keeping it fresh and since they are already crumbled it is ready to use. This is my favorite brand and I won't buy any other when making my Greek salads!
