Joy, we are happy to hear that you like our sausage even though you didn't love the casing. Because it's a natural product, we do occasionally get some tough ones, but many times we find that the casings can get tough if it is overcooked. Because they are fully cooked, they only need a short time over heat to warm through. We hope that you give us another try soon!
