This sausage was inedible. The casing was awful. It was just the worst I’ve ever tried to eat. I had to throw it away.

The sausage has the hint of smokey and very flavorful! Smells delicious as it's being grilled! Perfect addition to any cookout.

Good beef favor. Not too greasy. BBQs well, but casing a bit tougher than I like. Needs a nice hoagie roll and lots of fixins on top....

Found these on a sample day. Very good and fully cooked so super easy. We eat em on a bun and on their own.

I love a natural casing sausage or hot dog but these are too thick and tough . Meat tasted great nut you ate going to be cheeing on that asing for a while.

Best smoked sausage! My go to sausage for gumbo, red beans, and grilling.
