Love the taste of the different seasonings. Very flavorful. Great steamed or on the grill. Would definitely add flavor to any dish.

My husband loves these and I don’t mind eating them when he cooks them. There are A LOT of them in the package.

This sausage contains a lot of bone pieces (watch you don't break a tooth). The skin is too tough to chew, and it's extremely greasy!

Super disappointed these have a pork casing. Many religious groups don't eat pork. Please reconsider using the pork casing.

Tastes wonderful, but the casing is impossibly thick. Had to push the meat out of the casing to eat it.

wow, these are so good!, Not too spicy perfectly. smoked, grilled or cooked over the fire, they are so good!!!

Why put a pork casing on beef sausage? That seems quite counter productive. Those of us that can't have pork need a better option.

Bought this and found a hard particle in it when i bite down on it. Not sure if it was a rock or black peppercorn. My dentist bills are piling up
