My family loves this sausage! It has great flavor. It's not too spicy, which is good for some of our family members, but others like to add some spicy BBQ sauce.

Too salty, need to boil before you fry or cook them on the grill. Then after you boil them they lack flavor.

Love the flavor and goodness of the ingredients in these sausages. Sometimes the casing is too tough, but then I just peel it off.

My absolute favorite sausages! They describe the "snap" of the casing when you bite into them ... perfect! Great for KETO too! Not loaded up with corn syrup or added sugars!

Sure it’s beef in all capital letters but it’s super salty and in a pork casing. Read the fine print. It’s a shame you have to do that on packages of sausage.

Good taste and not too salty. I find the quality to justify the price. I like to cross cut the sausages before I cook them. It makes them easier to bite through and much of the fat drains out that way.

Good flavor but pretty greasy. Tried cooking them whole and inside was so greasy and not great texture. Sliced and fried the remaining ones and that helped with the texture and released more of the grease.

These are delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I've diced them and put in chili for a nice smoked flavor, added them to green beans and other soups. And, they are good in their own as an entree.

A great brand that smoke their sausages the right way. Very delicious, smokey, good snap, with clean ingredients sausage. A delicious bang for your buck.
