the beef inside the casing was very good.quite greasy though.but the casing was tough.i ended up cooking them and then peeling the casing off and just eating the beef inside.

This is the very best sausage I've ever tasted & so versatile. Great grilled, in an air fryer, with kraut, in jambalaya, in a bun, in any dish that calls for sausage, & just eaten alone

These sausages are really tasty. I cook them in the air fryer, and they come out perfectly. I will have one with eggs, or roll it up in an Egglife wrap as a keto hot dog.

Very good sausage, spiced and smoked in just the right amount. A natural casing that gives a nice snap when biting. Not the run of the mill commercial sausage. Like the craft sausage that you use to be able to buy from small farms.

These sausages have good flavor but I got several bites with hard gristle in them. That is my biggest complaint of any sausages, kind of turns my stomach.

Pricing has increased from around $11 just 3-4 years ago to now $18 -! That's in the area of a 65-70% increase. Now that's way beyond typical inflation!

Great to have in freezer to make an easy one pot dinner. I slice up in small chunks put in freezer bag 3 or 4 links, add chopped onion, quarter red potatoes, 2 cans of green beans, 1 stick of butter sliced in to chunks, salt, pepper, onion powder ,garlic powder ,put into instant pot, set timer, 30 minutes, dinner is ready

In the world of processed meats, most especially it seems, pork products and sausage, I often choose beef. This brand in particular has Very Limited ingedients, without lots of added sugars and chemical preservatives. Even their traditional 'Smoked Sausage' that includes pork is Great! They beat out any main brands that are full of questionable ingredients. Quality, there is No contest. This is an actual Meat product without fillers, and makes you Feel Full! ☺️ A little less "juicy" than Hilshire Farms, but its because of Actual Meat Substance. **Pay a little more, enjoy it more!**

Sams Club has these for a great price! They are so yummy and easy to cook to your satisfaction. Great to mix in a dirty rice recipe or even a Southern Cabbage boil. They can be broiled to crispiness and eaten hot dog style with some mustard or bar-b-que sauce for a rich and delightful taste. I love the fact that there are so many in the package for the price.

My family loves these. We grill them, medallion them to eat with veggies, use them with an alfredo dinner. So many things you can do. I feel like we buy these at least every other trip to Sams Club. They are wonderful for meals and freeze well also. Great quality, excellent taste.
