Already cooked. I defrost on microwave and heat on skillet or grill to reduce fat. Excellent for breakfast, BBQ, or spaguetis.

This sausage was inedible. The casing was awful. It was just the worst I've ever tried to eat. I had to throw it away.

Good beef favor. Not too greasy. BBQs well, but casing a bit tougher than I like. Needs a nice hoagie roll and lots of fixins on top....

We all enjoyed these. First we grilled them, then I added them to Mac & cheese finally we had them in potato casserole. They were all delicious.

The sausage has the hint of smokey and very flavorful! Smells delicious as it's being grilled! Perfect addition to any cookout.

These are by far the best store bought sausages on the market!!! They hold their firm texture throughout the cooking process. Never mushy and they aren't too salty like some others I've bought!

Very disappointed in this product. High fat content that overwhelmed the smoked or beef taste. A poor substitute for the name brand smoked sausage that is no longer offered.

Saw all the great reviews and purchased as family coming in for Fathers Day. Cooked them up and admit that have never had a greasier or tougher link and unimpressed with taste. Half ended up in garbage and not a hit.

This sausage has great flavor and is not dry, a prerequisite of ours. It was good, grilled and also yummy with sour kraut.

When I tasted it at the sample station I knew I had to take it home. The most delicious sausage I have ever tasted.
