[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to replace an older Vizio tv we had in our living room and the picture quality, features and how easy it was to set up blew our minds. We have another Vizio TV in our family room that we bought 2 years ago and what you get for the price will always exceed your expectations. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and with Vizio.

TV does not play back 4K on several apps. We tried all the fixes their AI interface suggested but none helped. We also have a 4K LG here and all apps work great on it. We sent a request three days ago to Vizios help line but have had no response from Vizio. Taking it back to store tomorrow. Major hassle for a consumer!

Performance is as expected. Excellent. Set up is as easy as can be and we were watching our favorite selections withing 10 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my visio tv about a week ago, and being a gamer had been looking for a tv with 120 hz refresh rate but also a 4k display for a decent price and I absolutely found that in Visio. Absolutely stunning visuals and smooth video playing, watching shows and movies is a blast. Tv speaker is also surprisingly great, all around great tvs, with plenty of affordable, but we'll made products and would recommend to anyone

I bought this tv because it was a great deal due to price. Having other top name brands, (Sony and Samsung) I was shocked to find that is has the beat picture quality of all my other tv's. It also has the best streaming speeds compared to my other tv's.

I have purchased this tv before and it was awesome for 3-4 years until there was some horizontal lines that couldn’t be fixed. Thanks to the extra insurance I purchased, I was able to replace it but now I have bought two that have been defective with dirty black spots on the screen. I recommend this TV as long as you can return it if it has defects on the LCD screen

I bought this TV last week, first one didn't work at all, went back and got the same model. this time the second TV would shut of every 10 minutes and reboot. called Vizio customer service group. The person I spoke to couldn't speak English well and pretty sure he didn't understand me. spend twenty minutes on the phone with nothing coming out of my call. TV still would shut off on its own. VERY sad Customer. I have bought 10 Vizio in my time and this model is horrible, Next time I need a TV will look at other brands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, we have had Samsung's for the past 10 years + We just moved from Florida, and left one of the Samsung's (55") down there with our daughter. It was our bedroom TV. We went to a couple of stores that were out of the model we wanted so we decided why not try this QLED Vizio a try. We were so pleasantly surprised with the quality and functionality of this model that we decided to keep it! (Again) Coming from Samsung, we liked their remote and we were extremely happy to see the Vizio remote was even better! Very happy with this purchase! We will DEFINITELY be getting another one at some point.

So far I love my Vizio 55" Quantum TV - had a little trouble figuring out how to setup my Xfinity remote but figured it out eventually - great picture - easy to navigate controls and lots of free channels that I'll have to explore! Wish I had bought the Soundbar system at the same time - will look at doing that in the near future - Thanks Vizio
