I really like the color and the clarity of the picture on this television. It’s easy to operate and was easy to install and hook up. The sound wasn’t great, but I added a VIZIO sound bar to it and listening is even better. I think I will keep getting VIZIO products. I’ve never been disappointed.

This TV came to us at a very important time. The last television we had went out. This TV not only had a great price point, but it is of a great quality. No distorted picture and no started sound. Plan to purchase again for another room. We did not have a problem, hooking up the cables from Xfinity. The best of both worlds.

this is very awesome VIZIO TV .. picture is beutiful with 0ver billion color dots .. very sharp contrast picture =very colorful i picked up Vizio easy fit sound bar .. snaps right in place .. awesome stereo sound .. i also added new surge protector .from walmart . with 3400 joules...protect my investment i have awesome tv system

First of all, it was a little wider than my last 55" TV. I had to put a board on top of my entertainment center. I think it has a great picture. I wish there were better directions on how to navigate it to find apps and how things work. I am not as tech savvy as others. Still getting used to it.

The TV has a good picture. I really don’t like the fact that you have to have an account to watch it. First TV I’ve seen with that feature. The most annoying thing about this TV is the fact that it randomly cuts off and/or goes black, then all of a sudden takes you to the home screen. It’s pretty common. It happened 3 times last night within a couple of hours. Pretty annoying when you’re watching something or playing a game.

VIZIO 55" Class Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV (VQD55R-10) I decided to get rid of cable TV and use an Indoor antenna that works very well on the other two TV's that my family uses and they get all the channels possible with channel scan. The Vizio I purchased only gives a few selected channels even though the Input was for antenna and a TV scan was done for the channels. The Vizio also wants to continue using an internet connect but I do not have an internet connection that I would want Vizio to hook up to -- just the indoor TV antenna. I wish I had known ahead of time that this was going to be an issue. Upon reading comments concerning this TV, there are some poor reviews on Reddit that do not recommend this TV for my reason and other reasons. Maybe other Vizio TV's have been upgraded to be more user friendly. Another thing I do not like is the remote control that is too much of a pain to go through the steps of changing channels, and then it will only give you the channels that the TV selects.

I found out the Walmart now owns Vizio and you are forced to connect your Walmart account to set up this television! Then I got all these popups on my phone for stuff to buy. This is unethical and should be illegal! Plus the TV is at a lower price now too. I want the difference credited to my account asap.

We returned the TV. Turns out no apps can be added beyond the Vizio library and Vizio does not consider MLB to be an important app….no baseball, no TV

The TV is junk. Worst TV I have ever purchased. It freezes on installation, then it has to be set up. every time you turn the t v on. Or it gets unplugged. After that happens.And it takes like an hour for the tv to actually come back on. . You have to put the passwords in for all your apps again will not recommen. Tried to bring back but did not have original box.

I'm 70 yrs old and use either earbuds or Headphones. No matter the settings the voices are either to light to hear or the action and explosions, ect... are waaay over the top load and no way to get the volumes right. I sent it back after a week and bought a TCL, and boy did I make the right choice. The 55" TCL is crystal clear!
