The tv is nice. The remote is awful. It does not respond well. It’s just feels “cheap”. I attached my die stick to the tv so I could use that remote. Much easier. The fire-stick died. Trying to use this remote is torture. I have fresh batteries. I have to push buttons 2 or 3 times before it reacts.

Like the tv picture. Have faith in the brand. Have a flat screen Vizio that has a 42. or 43, inch screen.. Bought it 20 to 30 years ago. Still going strong, picture still looks really good! The sound on new 55" is a little weak for my poor hearing ears. Maybe sound is weak by design so you will buy their $300 plus sound bar? The remote really needs some serious help. For one, it is too small and hard to use, plus it even feels cheaply built. The buttons are too low and smooth. it's very hard to actually feel where your fingers are and it's so small it wants to roll in your hand! On a 1 to 10 scale, i would give the remote a 2.... at best! BUT, for the price of a little over $200, I would say its one of the most bang for your buck tv deals out there! Make a better remote and it would be a totally awesome deal!!

This TV compared to our last TV is a piece of junk the first problem we ran into is that it wants you to connect your Walmart account to the Vizio account if I would have known this I would have never bought this TV first off second off when the TV finally came on and started playing the picture is horrible there are no real settings that adjust anything and it is not 4K it is not clear it's a horrible picture I tried every aspect even on 4K games the images are fuzzy and it doesn't look like it should if it was 4K at best this TV can only reach about 720P so it's going back in the morning

Rip off! This is terrible. I cannot use the TV without giving it my Walmart account. It literally says “A Walmart account is required to access your Smart Tv functionality .” In short, I’m forced to give an account that has nothing to do with television usage in order to do anything but turn on the power!!! Manipulation, control, and forcing people to give personal information to use the TV AT ALL!! NO THANKS!

I absolutely love the motion blur and motion smoothing once everything was set up — the picture quality is fantastic with crisp, vivid visuals and excellent color reproduction. The sound is equally impressive, and I appreciated that the settings allow for both a headset and phones/earbuds. The only thing that knocked off a star was the setup process. The screws in the legs were difficult to get started at first, which made assembly take longer than expected. That said, it may have been user error — once I got the first one in, the rest went smoothly. Overall, a great product once you get past the initial setup hurdle!

wish I had known there would be issues with it working with my local TV cable. Delivery was fine and fast. Have had to add an amp to the cable and it still will not play my cable tv channels. Had to add a stick to use my Roku channels. I was telling a friend that works in a assisted living place in Fla about the cable tv issue and she said they have problems with walmart vizio tvs that will not work with their dish providers. Another almost funny issue is I have another older vizio in my bedroom which shares a wall with the living room. (the old vizio is a great tv, no cable issues with it) but sometimes when I use the remove to turn off the living room TV (the new one) it turns on the one in the bedroom, but it won't turn it off, so I have to go in there and turn it off with the remote for that tv. I have found I can over come this by angeling the remote at about 45 degrees from the screen of the newer TV. While I love my old vizio I am not nearly as fond of this new one.

I don't recommend buying it, since I bought it, every time I play a game, it keeps turning off and on again, but now it just stays on a black screen and says my internet is bad, but that's not true, I can't even use my ps5 now, I don't know what to do, the tv says it's not receiving any signal.

i’ve tried Samsung TVs. I tried in Sigma TVs and this TV is just my favorite TV. By far. The blacks are the blackest and the whites are really white too. The colors are very nice and there’s a lot of different modes and settings. If you wanna mess around with your graphics, I also use this TV with my old lead gaming computer and it’s very compatible. It’s just the most best TV I love and the sound is very loud in comparison to Samsung TVs and other TVs. sounds like a sound bar.

Purchased this TV to replace a TV that went through a tornado that hit our home. This tv has a very clear picture. The colors really stand out brilliantly.. The sound is also good. Was easy to setup. Had it installed and setup in 20 minutes. And loved the price Walmart has for the tv. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quality tv for a great price.

I don’t know why others have issues with setup as it was a breeze. I could not believe the colors and overall display. It has a better picture than on my Vizio 4K tv. Sound is great after tweaking to my personal settings. I’m super happy. Just login to your Vizio account and it should take you to the login for your Walmart account, put a payment on file, NO CHARGES unless YOU buy a subscription. I’m not a big fan of the new remote as it’s too slippery and the buttons aren’t in the same location as my 4k remote. Thankfully the 4K remote pairs.
