I just hooked this up and the picture quality is great. Lots and lots of channels to watch free. The remote is difficult to figure out. I have to used the remote from my other tv to control the volume and change channels. I do not want to use my cell phone for this.

I bought this TV last week, first one didn't work at all, went back and got the same model. this time the second TV would shut of every 10 minutes and reboot. called Vizio customer service group. The person I spoke to couldn't speak English well and pretty sure he didn't understand me. spend twenty minutes on the phone with nothing coming out of my call. TV still would shut off on its own. VERY sad Customer. I have bought 10 Vizio in my time and this model is horrible, Next time I need a TV will look at other brands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio looks good but software performance is slow even with a fast internet. I have to unplug my tv every few days to clear the cache. My volume keeps muting when I change tv stations or when I use the guide. Thus clearing the cache is necessary to fix the problem constantly. Called support but they did not know what to do either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Vizio 55 inch 4K QLED Smart Tv. I previosly had an okder model of another brand - likely 5+ years or more older. The difference in picture quality is amazing. Obviously tech improves year-round and this tv is no exception. Oh - I also really like the remote with its design that has a smooth roller ball type effect and has a nice app to go with it. I could not find the power button but i googled for the answer. Its in the bottom right corner in the back and up a couple of inches. Overall good tv with great picture + surround sound.

Great Picture but long in the tooth in setup assuming that you know "nothing" and are not replacing an existing TV --- should be an option at the beginning for a quicker setup where you are replacing an existing TV and don't want to fill out screens of your preferences, etc... Also the remote is way slippery compared to other remotes --- prone to dropping it when trying to use it one handed.... Needs a bit of texture on it

bought this on Black Friday, the TV itself is awesome. The set up for TV was not easy at all, I can't imagine an older person with this new TV setting this up, especially without a new smartphone. Unfortunately, I would not recommend to any older person, though good product. The person we called was extremely helpful.

Pick a 43” 4K QLED.such a clarity n colors..has a fast internet connection, also blue tooth, which is great for my wife when I’m trying to sleep..lol..great sound..Vizio is the only tv I have bought. This is my 5 one..Love Vizio..awesome product..wouldn’t even think of a different brand

I had an older Vizio, I always been a Vizio Tv this is my fourth Vizio they are great Tv's. The Only issue with the new Quantum. Streaming time is Wrong some how. Tv time settings are all correct other Tv's are fine. This new has the wrong time zone in Hulu streaming App.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 4th smart TV. Vizio is the only one that has a lag switching channels or streaming. The picture is fuzzy when first turning on and takes about 2 seconds to clear, not done on our other TVs. Then is is clear and colors are vivid. Setup was fast and easy. Remote is basic and alittle difficult to get used too.
