The high reviews for this surprise me, this is not a premium stir-fry mix. It's 90% carrots. So, if you like carrots this is a good mix for you, but they shouldn't try to pass it off as high quality stir-fry mix. There are some broccoli florets, but a lot of stems too. A smattering of chestnuts and baby corn. They claim there's peppers and mushrooms, but I had a hard time finding them. It just isn't a good mix, which surprises me because normally Member's Mark hit the mark. They missed wildly on this one.

I thought my bag of stir fry was an anomaly until reading the reviews. Unfortunately these bags don't look at much like the pictures as they used to... mostly shredded, smaller pieces and ice/water. I use this for my wonton soup, which barely needs heating and the vegetables tasted a little over cooked.

The 16oz bag of stir fry ‘mix’ was not much more than just a bag of shredded carrots and didn’t even contain all the items listed on the ingredient list. I estimate the bag contained 80%+ shredded carrots. It also contained literally only 4 snap peas, 8 slices of water chestnuts, 3 tiny pieces of broccoli, 1/8 to maybe 1/4c sliced red peppers, and NO mini corn cobs at all even though it was listed on the ingredient list. Part of the minimal broccoli that was in the bag was the extremely woody stems that you can’t even chew so those had to be spit out when we came across those! Ok if you want to use for a base and chop and add your own non-carrot vegetables but as it was- it was not good. And the taste was not good either because it just tasted like a bunch of carrots- even though I even added my own chopped veges & meat.

The picture on the bag shows big pieces of different veggies. All I got was a bunch of shredded carrots, teeny tiny ground up broccoli, half of one sugar snap pea, and two little slivers of red pepper, no big pieces of anything, no water chestnuts, no mushrooms, just ground up broccoli and carrots. Definitely will not buy again!!!

This product was good but not anymore. Now it is mostly small bits of carrots, with a few small pieces of other vegetables mixed in. Like almost all of the bag is small bits of carrot. This is very sad because in the past it was a good product before they went cheap and made it all chopped up bits of carrot.

This is the first thing from Sam's that has been so bad that I actually bothered to log in a write this review. Its the lowest quality vegetables I have ever seen, with lots of pieces of hard and stringy pieces. Its not even the good parts of the vegetables its just shredded stalks and end pieces. I cant believe this is still sold.

Very disappointed in these frozen vegetables. When you cook this the carrots an and other vegetables get mushy. I like the individual bags but inside the veggies are not the best. I don't have this problem with the ones I buy at your competitor. Theirs come out tasting like fresh vegetables. Yours used to be better.

I’ve been buying this product for years and was surprised to find the quality and contents of the vegetables have declined drastically with my last purchase. As others said, so many shredded carrots, two slivers of mushroom, one sugar snap pea. Not the quality product they offered in years past. No longer worth buying.

I opened 3 of the five bags to use for dinner, not one single baby corn and 1 little piece of mushroom in the mix, this is about 50 percent carrots, 2 percent snap peas and 47 percent broccoli. You can see in the photo the one single piece of mushroom it had it's in the middle, that is ridiculous

I agree with the last poster. I noticed it changed a year or so ago. It seems like whoever they purchase from they get a good deal on with all the leftover scraps at the bottom. This time it’s mostly carrots. Sometimes it’s a mix of bell pepper scraps and carrot. It used to be so good. The pic says it all.
