The broccoli was water logged and mushy. The rest of the vegetables had a lot of ice crystals.

This is good. Works well for a quick supper with some cooked chicken bites added

Too many carrot matchsticks

I like to use in a frying pan. If microwaved the veggies are watery.

It's all carrots, 1/2 half of a baby corn

I pour off the liquid after cooking in the microwave and veggies have just the right texture

It is not my favorite, but it taste good
