We have happily used Members Mark products for years. HOWEVER, this 'Stir Fry Mix' is horrible. We tried everything, and finally used it up by defrosting the sad veggies, sorting and trimming them, cleaning out the unchewable mystery sticks, removing the strings from the pea pods, chopping the huge broccoli stems, and cutting all of it into small pieces. This was useable for strange weekday soups and veggie stews, certainly not for 'stir fry'.

The vegetables got soggy once cooked. And it says it has the mini corn in it but we found 1 small piece about a 1/2 inch long in each bag we opened. The vegetables worked for what we used them for, once with a Shrimp stir-fry and then once as a side dish. The vegetables were better in the stir-fry because they did get as soggy since they weren't steamed and I could control how long they cooked in the wok. But in the microwave to heat in the bad with the steam made them soggy.

I agree that it is mostly carrots, no broccoli, two sugar snap peas, a few shreds of red pepper, one piece of corn, no mushrooms, no water chestnuts, and A SNAIL. I am still so repulsed and grossed out. I can't get the image out of my mind. I may never eat bagged or canned vegetables again. Unfortunately, the photo on my phone keeps reminding me of the disgusting snail. I try not to think what was in the spoonfuls I ate before seeing the snail. I also wasted cheese as a topping. Never again. It's a shame to have such unbelievably poor quality.

Bought this last month! May 2023. Anyone who has ever had stir fry will immediately notice the lack of quality and normalcy of these vegetables when compared to what's normally served ANYWHERE when getting stir-fry. Just terrible quality, very, extremely, generic.

This product has changed and not for the better. I have purchased many times and there were water chestnuts, broccoli and corn pieces. Those items are still listed on the bags but now its just a bag full of mushy carrots, no corn and maybe one chestnut and a few pieces of broken broccoli. To top it off the price has increased. So disappointed. To bad I don't have ti option to rate "no stars".

So much moisture in bags that everything gets soggy. Find that there's such a wide variation in chop size, that instead of bright colored veg, to cook everything thoroughly, it has to be cooked to the wilt point. Broccoli was still frozen when rest of veg were bright & cooked. Flavor is good, regardless. Is ok for what it is. Would prefer a much larger variety of INDIVIDUAL frozen pkg vegetables at Sam's. The lack of frozen veg at Sam's is really surprising.

unimpressive mix, mostly carrot slivers, maybe 2 sugar snap peas, 2 baby corn pieces, 2 water chestnut slices, broccoli stalks, just a terrible mix. looks like throw away garbage from processing. My advice to the company is to use round carrot slices, thicker red pepper slices, more baby corn, more sugar snap peas, more broccoli crown pieces,more water chestnut slices per bag.I regret wasting money buying and time making this garbage product.
