vegetables were very soggy after the microwave. wasn't a very balanced assortment of veggies. mostly all red bell peppers. I differently won't buy this again.

The quality of the frozen vegetables was good. I just wish there were less shredded carrots and more watercress and corn. When carrots or broccoli are included in mix vegetables there is always too much. I had to remove some of the carrots when cooking.

I am returning this. Not 1 mushroom or baby corn in the package I opened. Very few broccoli and water chestnuts. Mostly all carrots. False advertising. In fact bad, very very bad. If I wanted carrots I would have bought carrots. Carrots are cheap and that is why they used them imo.

We like to mix this white rice and seared tuna steaks.

I like the mix but would prefer the carrots to be chopped, not shredded

The mix is mainly carrots. very few pieces od broccoli, water chestnuts, peas or corn. i don't recommend.

Least expensive stir fry mix I've found.
