The composition of vegetables in the bag has really changed. Majority of recent purchase was shredded carrots. We'll pass from now on.

As is common in these mixes… mainly carrots and only a few bits of mushrooms and ONE tiny piece of baby corn per bag. The amount of broccoli was okay

Opened bags to find 95% carrots. Maybe 4 broccoli florets, 2 small baby corn pieces, and more carrots. Won't buy this ever again, I'll just buy bags or carrots if I really wanted that.

Although this is a tasty mix, the balance of veggies are not good. Very little snap peas, too much corrals and other low cost veggies. Like I said, the balance is not good. We will not be buying it again.

Several individual packets inside. One packet is more than enough for one person, but probably not more than two. I used a wok to heat them and added some stir fry sauce. Great if you need more veggies in your diet.

I am returning this. Not 1 mushroom or baby corn in the package I opened. Very few broccoli and water chestnuts. Mostly all carrots. False advertising. In fact bad, very very bad. If I wanted carrots I would have bought carrots. Carrots are cheap and that is why they used them imo.

Too many carrots. Not a balanced number of veggies.

Not a high quality mix in my opinion. A lot of diced carrots and too much broccoli buds separated from the broccoli florets. It cooks down to nothing. I expected better.

Hardly any mushrooms in the packs, been noticing the packaging doesn’t reflect what’s really inside these a while now… Members Mark need to do better! However, I must say it is easy to cook and tastes great.
