I'm so glad that I bought this, I had a taste for stir fry. The only issue I may have with this is, not enough green vegetables in the pack. Carrots carrots and more carrots.

Great so far, we’ve eaten one bag and the vegetables were as expected

Steamed in microwave till just warm, vegetables were soft and mushy with the amount of water that came out of bag i wonder if water was added during processing. Stir frying next time to see if texture improves. Carrots seem to dominate the vegetable content of the bags. Carrots must be cheap

Delicious & healthy add to any protein

As is common in these mixes… mainly carrots and only a few bits of mushrooms and ONE tiny piece of baby corn per bag. The amount of broccoli was okay

Loaded with "soapy-tasting" carrot shreds. Not much for other vegetables in the mix. Also got 6 blocks of food that had been frozen and thawed.

The composition of vegetables in the bag has really changed. Majority of recent purchase was shredded carrots. We'll pass from now on.

This product was unavailable for a while. Fortunately it is back! Perfect blend for home stir fry and perfect size packets.

pouches to meal, sometimes it is enough, but additional veggies can be added to stretch or drop a second bag. From freezer to pan or defrosted they are good eats.

I was disappointed in this product. After draining off a great amount of water after cooking the microwave. There werent' many vegetables left and they were mushy and most of the vegetables there were only a tiny few pieces.
