This was just awful, we threw it away after the first use. The vegetables look like they put them in a revolving drum and spun them until they were small pieces. There was no taste to them either. They used to sell either another brand or their brand from another provider, it was wonderful. We are very disappointed with this version.

Steamed in microwave till just warm, vegetables were soft and mushy with the amount of water that came out of bag i wonder if water was added during processing. Stir frying next time to see if texture improves. Carrots seem to dominate the vegetable content of the bags. Carrots must be cheap

I & my family enjoy this stir fry vegetable mix, as it's truly endless in the dishes you can use this vegetable mix! You're definitely not limited to stir fry. I have used them for a vegan Spaghetti, meat / meatless potpie, vegetables for soups, in gravy over homemade biscuits & even pizza! The vegetables in this mix are a Grade A & fresh when packaged & this way Im not prisoners to the growing seasons, or higher prices in a particular season either!

We buy these all the time to add to our meals. Whether with stir fry or just as the veggies with a meat. Either way we enjoy them.

The mix is mainly carrots. very few pieces od broccoli, water chestnuts, peas or corn. i don't recommend.

Making Dinner easier to cook

Loaded with "soapy-tasting" carrot shreds. Not much for other vegetables in the mix. Also got 6 blocks of food that had been frozen and thawed.

the “mix” is probably 80-90% carrots with sprinkling of broccoli stems and a slice of mushroom here and there.

This has too many tiny skinny carrots & is kind of mushy. I had to add my own vegetables to give it some substance.

I stir fried, didn't microwave, and had a sodden mess. I'll use it up, but I won't ever buy it again.
