Pretty easy to assemble you just have to pay attention to the drawing and position on holes and pilot holes and have a dissent place to lay out all part as the come in all 3 boxes and a good table to lay your hardware .i find it easy to add the bolts and washer to the parts then assemble ,

With a wide range of kids ages, we picked the Mystic Tower to give us the most types of play and the ability for the younger kids to keep playing as they get older. With the older kids, they were actually able to help us build it and learn how to use tools. The directions are very straightforward and when we ran into issues, it was because we didn't read everything correctly. We used both the BILT app and the paper directions. The first day, we organized all the parts by letter and then number in the open boxes and I used a sharpie to label which number each group was. The boxes come with little cardboard corners, so I also used those to label piles of wood. The second day we laid out all of the hardware on a table and got to work. It took us 3 days to complete. We learned a system with plastic cups where we would gather the hardware for each step in separate cups and then walk over to the work area to follow the steps. Ultimately, it was a big job, but it wasn't hard. We are not very handy and we completed it all, no problem. The kids love it and we have all the neighbor kids coming over to play all the time. They use the grill to play restaurant and they show everyone the secret door. The bigger kids love to lay on the web swing. It's a great swingset for the kids to have fun, and then it also looks really nice in our backyard.

Some of the parts were labeled a little different on the app then they were in our manual, which made set up take a little longer than planned on those steps. Easily fixed with following along with both the app and the manual. Overall, steps were very clear and easy to follow besides the few labled differently. Seems like it could have had a few more sturdy pieces, especially on the swings side. We have 4 children, ages 3 - 9, and the swing side is already sqeaking and groaning when they all swing. This was a bit disappointing since we assumed 5 could be on it at once without much trouble since there is the net swing advertised to hold up to 3. Overall, its a fun playset and does keep the kids busy. Lots of options on the fort side to play, and has been very fun so far. My kids love it!

My kids absolutely LOVE this swing set! It's become their favorite thing in the backyard; they cannot wait to get home from daycare every day to climb, swing, slide, and use the "grill". The sturdy construction and variety of activities keep them entertained for hours. Highly recommend!

Overall, we are happy with this purchase. The design is very thought out. Each step went right where it needed to, even if it didn't make sense to us at first. It took two adults, building after work, a couple of weeks to assemble. The issues we have are that a few pieces split while we were trying to drill in the screws. The small pieces were just too weak for the job. Before we were finished a few outside pieces began splitting that were already put up as well. Our 6 year old, and our dog, love it. It is a fun set with a lot of different ways to play. I'm not sure how long it will hold up due to the splitting, but it works for now. It was cheaper than most sets we found, so for the price, it is pretty good.

We bought this as a Xmas gift for our boys. It is very good quality and I’m sure the boys will grow and play on this for years to come. It does have a lot of parts, screws, and bolts but if you take the time to separate and group the parts it’s goes smoothly. It helps if you enjoy putting things together which I do.

We are so happy with this playset. It has everything my 4 year old could ever want. Rock climbing wall, swing set, slide, kitchen play area, multiple levels with a viewing deck. Really a great buy. Made with high quality beautiful cedar wood with black accents, something we don’t mind looking at every day from our living room. The package arrived in multiple large boxes but very easy for my husband and I to move to the backyard and put together. We did it ourselves with the printed directions in 3-4 days. Easy to do but time consuming. The wood is not organized in the boxes. It needs to be sorted prior to starting to make your life easier during the build. Worth the purchase. Our daughter loves her new “treehouse”!

We bought this as a birthday and Christmas present for my kid, and he loves it. Perfect places to "hide" and climb around in. It was not overly hard to put together, just time consuming. We organized the hardware and wood beforehand, which helped so much. Great looking playlet, well made, and awesome features. He'll use it for years!

Great Swing set for the price. Definitely takes some time to assemble, so if you do not have help/are not handy, consider paying for assembly. Overall my kids love it. If I had 1 complaint, it is that the wood fades relatively quickly and when my 4 year old is on the swing, it shakes/creaks the set. Otherwise this is a great buy!

We’ve had this playground for a little over 9 months now and I’m still very impressed! We live in Florida and we all know how this hurricane season looked and it made it through ALL of them beautifully! (Not counting the random outburst of tornadosTallahassee had this year!) the quality is great and isn’t a sore eye like most outdoor play sets! Highly recommend!
