my grandson has love it so far. the tunnel is a big hit!!

This is a sturdy and attractive playset. The grandkids love it. Assembly takes some time (we hired somebody to put it together).

Just finished putting it together. Very well made. Definitely follow the book step by step. Lay out the screws on a table ahead of time.

Bought the playset on March 5th, 2024, we are concerned about the product, do not think it is well built. Boards are cracking already, stain pealing. For the price it should last longer.

Overall was great buy. Pretty sturdy. Key is the spend some time organizing the wood pieces and paying attention to hole placement. It does take some time to put together but overall very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of backyarddiscovery] These swing set products have many choices and different options for kids of all ages. Great quality in the building products.

The play structure itself is great. It looks really nice, and my daughter is having a blast. She loves the hidden tower and the tunnel. I do wish there were some hand grips to help get up and down from the top look out tower, and the wood stairs do get slippery in the rain. These are probably only really an issue if you have little kids. Kind of wish we hadn't paid for installation. It took almost two weeks to even schedule, and after it was completed, there ended up being missing bolts and some loose connections and some other issues that we had to fix ourselves. For the money and time it took for install, I was hoping for a better quality job.

I bought this playset a month ago and my grandkids just love it. They have had so much fun playing on the swings, crawling thru the tunnel, having a pretend cookout with the grill and spying on the neighbors with the telescope. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This product is definitely a lot of work! But we are very pleased with the quality of the material and how easy the paper directions and the app directions were. If you get this I would set aside 2 FULL days. Definitely might have 2 impacts/drills to help the process. 3 of us and we got half way on day 1. Comes with everything you will need (bits/screws/bolts/washers/etc).You have to open all 4 boxes to start the first project. I recommend you laying each box out in a different area and grouping them in order. But all around can't wait for our little ones to play on it when it gets warmer out.

All the pieces were well labelled. It did take two people and maybe two days… everything fit well together we did not need to amend anything or refix holes. You do need an impact screw driver to get this done. If you do not have any kind of professional help please pay for this to be assembled. Every single piece came in individual slats of wood…
