Great TV

I have had this TV for about 5 months & have no complaints. It replaced an older version that was starting to go. It has many nice features & picture is great. It was on sale, and I got it for a great price. It has so many features that I'm still find new ones. It does seem that I have the sound up on a higher number than my other models but not a problem. I love Samsung and have 4 of them in different sizes in each room.

This TV has made our home more efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love out new TV. We don’t have traditional cable so we had to install multiple apps to stream our favorite content. Our only wish is for the interface to be simpler to use and customize. The learning curve on where things are was much longer than our previous TV, but after a couple of weeks we adapted to it but we prefer our old one. The one thing we love about our new TV is how it has made our house more efficient. Unbeknownst to us, all of our Samsung appliances talk to each other and we now get alerts if one of the kids leaves the door fridge open, or if the microwave food is ready. The alerts at the top of the screen are helpful but not intrusive. The picture quality is also amazing. We paired it with a Samsung sound bar and we have theater quality experience when watching movies, or simply streaming music through the device. Overall, we give it 4 out of 5 stars. If the Home Screen was easier to use - this would be a 5.

Good Bedroom TV

Have owned this set for about 3-4 months and overall am pleased considering the price, however it will exit the Spectrum App unexpectedly at times. It has been great for the bedroom, but isn’t as fast when doing certain things or opening apps like the Spectrum app as I thought it would be.

Easy Installl & Set Up

It's been three months now and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase,. It's as easy to install and set up. The picture quality is crisp and clean. Only downside is when adding streaming channels it prompts you to save it on home screen, if you miss that, then it doesn't appear until you do a search

Remote Control Stinks

The remote control for this TV is a pin in the rear. Labeled as a "smart remote," it is anything but. Starting off with the fact that there are no numbers for channel selection, it is not easy or convenient to use. Much of the utility of this remote lies within the main wheel. This "wheel" is quite sensitive to exactly where you touch it. I DO NOT LIKE THIS REMOTE. The old Samsung remote controls were much better.

Great TV - No Digital Audio

Great Picture. I love the Samsung for the Samsung TV - It's like most of what's on cable and a lot of streaming for free. I'd give it 5 stars but I'm really tired of manufacturers removing choice, in this instance where'd the digital/optical audio out go? Bluetooth has latency and quality issues.

I bought this to use as a monitor for my Geochron

I bought the 55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200D to use primarily as a monitor connected to my Geochron Atlas 4k. It works very well for this purpose as well as a normal "Smart" TV. When first turned on it comes up on the channel selection screen and takes a minute or so to switch automatically to the HDMI input. I really wish the remote had a number keypad. I find it disappointing that TV manufactures are removing this simple feature.

Bad decision

It’s sometimes difficult to operate and the sound is not consistent. To goes up and down, appears that the volume increases excessively during commercials. I have had multiple Samsung TVs in the past that didn’t have this problem. I find it difficult to find the previous program I was watching if I changed to another app.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. The features are amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are really enjoyed.The options between the different picture ones that they have and I.Also , really enjoyed the really Chris sound that it carried although I test the soundboard for my optical media oi put Android.The wifi can be connected from quite part throughout the house and my device was Connected to it. I also enjoy that I get all the apps that I really like on there like Disney plus

Very bad glare experience

Very poor screen appearance for the money I paid for this TV. Very unhappy. There is a very obvious, blatant light bulb refection on the TV screen that is caused by a standard basic light fixture located on the ceiling nearby where the TV is set up. The light's glare on the TV screen is always present and makes for a horrible viewing pleasure. Your TV screen should have been designed much better so that it reflected.
