Phenomenal Garage TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great as expected I own several Samsung products and plan to go all Samsung for TVs in my house. Only gripe is the Xfinity Stream app is very slow to load but not sure that's Samsungs fault.

Superb picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a former TV commercial and program producer, picture quality has always been important to me. The Samsung 65” is clearly superior. I was amazed at the 4k upconversion of older programs. I watched an I Love Lucy episode and saw details that gave the impression of a live camera production! The Samsung was purchased for a downstairs living room in a basement apartment. Im considering replacing other big screens in my home!

Great picture, Ug to "smart tv"

Love the picture & size & price. I do not love the confusion of garbage on the Home Screen. I don't care about all these movies, channels, bundles, etc. I can't figure out why the tv goes blank every so many minutes; shouldn't I be able to control how long I keep it on?

Just ok bcuz of remote controls.

So far so good except for the remote controls. They are the the worst I’ve ever encountered. I can’t ‘feel’ the points of contacts - can’tvsense if I’ve successfully pushed the button or not. Bought all three tv’s the same day - had O known how awful the remotes are I’d think twice.

55 inches is great

This TV is really got a great picture and I love the size. I hate that you can’t just turn it on and be at the channel you left. You have to push another button to get there too confusing for this old lady. i’m even using a universal remote control that’s got numbers on it Accumulate 150 minimum Tha Alive

Hi Holy cow, Thank you for choosing the DU7200 TV and for your review. You can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features. When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. I hope this tip helps. Would not recommend

I bought this a month ago and the color and sound were great. I would have rated it a 5 but within 30 days it stopped working, no picture or sound. I've had several Samsung TV's and really liked them but lately seems like there are several problems with them.

Almost perfect, almost.

Great, love the TV. I would give it 5 stars but I can because the app store is missing some pretty big apps. I had to buy a fire stick just so I could watch football on the NFL app. I don't understand how the biggest tech company in the world doesn't have access to all of the biggest apps. Other than that I love the TV especially the new remote.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is used in my living room. Great picture. Color is amazing. Just set up so not familiar with all the features. Can't wait to try the gaming it looks amazing with the dynamics and color. Will have to take down though have learned not to put a tv up again till trying on floor first. Has an huge oblong mark looks like a puddle within the bottom of the screen. Can't wait to try all the features. Quick to turn on and set up.

Worst TV Ever

Slowest and worst tv I’ve ever bought in my life. I’ve had them come out now to repair the wireless device because it has failed. Now the TV cycles on and off and will have to call them again. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPPY TV. It is horrible and you will regret it. Much better TV’s out there. I’d of rather bought a smaller 50-55 inch that was better performance for the same money at this point.

Hi Tm89,Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV and for your patience in having your TV serviced. We are very sorry you are now having issues with your TV power cycling. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement.You can contact us for further help at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. very poor remote

I bought this about two weeks ago and have regretted it from day one. I can't say very much about the tv portion as it is not as good as the tv I had but dropped it and cracked the screen so I needed a new tv. I talked to a sales member who said that Samsung is a good brand so I bought one. The tv is all right. Can't really say anything good or bad. The problem is with the remote. I do not know why manufactures want to change something that works. I will be boxing mine up and taking it back.
