So far, so good. I haven't had it long enough to say much more than that. It turns on, it turns off, the volume goes up and down. I did not expect it to connect to my Bluetooth headphones and earbuds so that was sort of a pleasant surprise. Does everything you want a television to do, the price was okay. My only real gripe isn't with the television but with the remote. Very stylish, a real work of art as long as you don't want to use it. Buttons are too small, to recess, too close to each other so you mean to push one and you push another. The arbitrary shortcut buttons to apps like Netflix should be made programmable so you can choose to shortcut to your Xbox or YouTube or whatever.

We wanted to upgrade to a 75" TV so I could see it better from across our open living room / kitchen while cooking. While the size is perfect, we down graded from a 65" Neo LED Samsung TV and you can tell a difference in the brightness & richness of colors after having the higher quality TV for three years. Overall I am happy with the TV, but wish I wouldn't have let my husband talk me out of spending $200 more to get the 75" Neo LED TV.

Pick this 75” Samsung from Sam,s what an awesome tv the ez of set up I will say if your not familiar with Samsung it may not seam that ez. The picture and color for this price tv is amazing if I have one knock on this tv would be the sound it leaves a lot to be improved I usually use a AV sound system but my older Yamaha would not work with this new tv so I’m stuck with the tv sound for now other than that it’s a great tv especially if you pick it up on SALE.

Broken tv screen

When we bought the tv home we discovered the screen was broken. We brought it back to exchange it and were told that you would have to refund the amount on the debit card first, which would take a few days. So, we had to come back a few days later to purchase another one because of having to wait until the refund was deposited back into the account. That is ridiculous. All we wanted to do is exchange it and the inconvenience of having to return it was not compensated at all. That's fine but an exchange should have been immediately done, not having to wait for days for the refund to go through. That will affect future big item purchases we make if that is the policy.

Purchased this TV online, after a week long wait the first one came damaged. Worked with customer service to get a replacement, after a week long wait time the second one was damaged worse than the first. It looked like it was dropped hard and hit with a baseball bat.
