TV's Not Samsung's best effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV automatically returns to Samsung TV Channel interrupting the show we are actively watching. Extremely aggravating, wife and I hate this TV. We have search for settings to disable this function and can't locate one.

TV with clear picture

My husband purchased this TV a couple of months ago. So far so good. The picture is extremely clear. My daughter said that the clearness makes it looks as if you are in the scene. The remote is a little different though. When I use the remote to try to adjust the volume, I accidentally end up turning to a Samsung channel or something else. That's not a deal breaker for me. So far I am happy with the purchase.

Rip off

I ordered this TV twice and both times my orders were "canceled"even though it let me process my card TWICE then said they had to cancel because it wasnt "available". Less than 24 hours later the TV is available but 50$ more. Sams club get it together

Good picture

Terrible remote. I.have to look up what anything on there is and sometimes that works sometimes not. I’m 81 years old and there isn’t much on there that I can figure out on my own. Why can’t the remote tell you what it does. Never had any problem with my previous. I guess this is for very savy people. Even this review is hard to use—like I can’t get back to the top of this block that I’m typing in

Not for the older folks.

As we get older we need to add things to help us hear the TV shows better. After I made this purchase I found I need to purchase an item to help me hear the TV better. I also purchased the same item for my 65 inch tv. Everything worked well with that tv. How ever this tv lacks the ability for me to have the necessary hearing unit to connect to this tv. The optical ability is needed. I have to consider returning this unit and purchasing a unit that addresses my needs.

It's okay.

We love the picture. However, after only owning this t.v. for three weeks, we already had to unplug it for a soft restart as we had no volume. Since then, we have had to unplug it almost once a week in order to watch it. The Samsung t.v. we had before this one we didn't need to unplug until years later. We laughed at a Samsung refrigerator we certainly were not going to buy because we cannot reach behind where it would be to keep unplugging it. We have Samsung phones and have enjoyed being able to connect to our t.v. Our faith in Samsung is fading.

Great tv, lots of tv Goodies

Great tv, works fine but cannot give it 5 stars as it will not allow me to play my nil plus without great difficulty. Had I known this I would not have bought the tv. At times I feel the control could be easier to use. Great picture, we use surround sound by Bose, Lots of tv goodies.
