SAMSUNG TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our older Samsung TV to a larger Samsung model. We are very happy with the quality..the clarity of the picture.. the color and built in streaming options in this TV. We added a new sound bar..also Samsung and the sound is amazing. It’s like a movie theatre experience. Read the reviews… there’s a reason that Samsung is highly rated. There is no competition. We highly recommend Samsung. In our opinion it’s unparalleled in all aspects for what we were looking for in a TV!
instruction booket
For the most we like the tv. Don't understand how to get our local channels set up.We were told that we could hook up an antenna for our local channels. Not sure if there was an instruction booklet with it. If there was it most have gotten lost. It sure would have been helpful.

Amazing clarity and color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD has amazing clarity and color. This TV has given us a whole new experience watching TV and streaming. We could not be happier with the sound, screen size, and plethora of features. Every watching experience feels like we are in our own home theatre.
Nice tv, but cuts out while gaming
This is a great tv, but we have one major problem with it. When my family is playing video games, the screen will randomly go black for a few seconds, then come back on. It's like it switches itself off of game mode by itself. Very frustrating, but other than that, it has been a nice tv. Wish there was a way to fix this problem.
Hi DfamOf5, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Please give us the opportunity to assist you by contacting Samsung Customer Support via any of the following options: 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. What a struggle!
We bought this tv six weeks ago for my aging father and the setup and controls are crazy. Samsung wants everything to be proprietary which makes it impossible to simplify for a significant senior citizen with less than optimal eyesight and hearing. We are struggling to get it to where he can watch it pretty much on his own and are threatening to return it soon to our place of purchase (Costco).
Hi Planetmiller, Thank you for choosing Samsung for your father. I appreciate your feedback and hope I can provide some tips that will make operating the TV easier for your father. First, to make it easier to see the Menu text on your screen, go to Settings> All Settings> General & Privacy> Accessibility> Zoom Menu and Text. In that same Menu, there are other Accessibility functions available that may make operating the TV more user-friendly as well. Next, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features. When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. There are also a few guides available that may make it easier to learn how to use the TV. You can learn how to use your Samsung Remote by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. To learn about your TV go to https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062199/. If you ever have questions or need help, Samsung is here for you! Give us a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website. Thanks for being a part of the Samsung family! ~ Samsung Advisor
75” Samsung
I really like my 75” Samsung tv but the only thing I don’t like is when I turn it on it has all these “apps” I’ll call them and the live tv is one of them BUT I can’t go to them!!?? And it takes a bit to have the actual live tv go to the big main screen
What features ??
Picture is good. too many bells and whistles. Just wanted a simple TV. Not too many advantages over the old TV. Actually None, just has 100% of it's pixels. Too hard navigate. Other TV was simple to change to movies now nothing is free or easy to find.

Great looking TV with drawbacks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize that obtaining people’s personal information is a major plus for your organization, but for the customer, it is completely unnecessary and should never be a part of the purchase of a television. You cannot get full functionality without submitting this information and that’s disgusting. The opening screen with all the little windows is not useful and quite annoying. Just let the TV start with the most recent input and let the user make the change when they are ready. Trying to hook up a soundbar is not easy. There is basically nothing in the paperwork about it. Of course, there’s plenty of information about connecting a Samsung soundbar. Eliminating the digital optical input is absolutely ridiculous, and I almost repacked the TV and brought it back when I saw that. Changing the threads for the TV mount from models sold a few years ago was also a problem. As usual, you did this to encourage people to buy a Samsung TV mount. I have purchased 4 Samsung TVs over the last decade, but this most recent will be the last. The TVs have a beautiful picture, but you have gone too far with invading our privacy, and forcing additional products on us. Thank you the opportunity to submit feedback.
Hi Joseph, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with detailed feedback regarding the setup and connection of external devices on the DU7200 TV. Please know your opinion will be shared with our internal teams. We understand sometimes there is a learning curve when you get a new TV! This is why we created step-by-step guides, to make it easier for you. To learn about your TV go to https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062199/. Please know, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features. When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. Regarding mounting your TV, please know your TV should work with most universal mounts. You may need to purchase new screws, which can be found at your local hardware store. For your DU7200, you will need 4 x M8 screws, 20-22mm length, and 1.25mm pitch. I hope these tips help. If you need more assistance, Samsung is here for you! Amazing product
My wife surprised me with a new tv on Christmas. I have been amazed at the quality of the picture, the sound and the many features on this tv. Picture is so crisp and clear. Certain movies or shows are so dark and this tv can brighten up the picture to make it an enjoyable viewing experience. Love this tv price was fantastic thinking of getting another for our room. Thanks Samsung for your amazing affordable product can’t say enough. Sports on this tv is perfect I watch a ton of basketball and it’s the best tv I’ve ever owned
Hate Surveys
Frankly I don’t know what Samsung provides me except a phone. I thought they would make it easy to back up my data but I don’t know how to do this and if I need to restore data, I don’t know what is involved. Why don’t you tell me why you’re better than the competition?
