Awesome television

My old Visio finally died, replaced it with a new Visio and it was a horrible tv. Then bought this Samsung and absolutely LOVE everything about it! No more having to deal with 3+ remotes, the picture is sharp and clear. Remote is easily learnable and did I say how much I LOVE this television?!?!

Great TV but bad remote control

The TV itself is great, images are sharp, and colors are brilliant, however, the remote control is not as user friendly as the old Samsung remotes. I especially dislike the up and down toggle to change volume and the channels. I prefer a larger remote with the push button features which are so much easier to use.

Great picture, Ug to "smart tv"

Love the picture & size & price. I do not love the confusion of garbage on the Home Screen. I don't care about all these movies, channels, bundles, etc. I can't figure out why the tv goes blank every so many minutes; shouldn't I be able to control how long I keep it on?

Nice TV. But has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is so-so. Got Samsung sound Bar also. So audio if fine. But Blue tooth system sucks. I have a very close to a top of the line router. That is only about 15 feet away from TV. And the Samsung free TV channels always lock up or freezes. VERY poor Blue tooth setup on this TV. Not impressed at all. Our older LG "non smart TV" was better.

Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues: First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Just ok bcuz of remote controls.

So far so good except for the remote controls. They are the the worst I’ve ever encountered. I can’t ‘feel’ the points of contacts - can’tvsense if I’ve successfully pushed the button or not. Bought all three tv’s the same day - had O known how awful the remotes are I’d think twice.

Picture is good, but remote is a mystery

So far, the tv is great, but the remote is a mystery. It says speak into it for quick program access, but I can’t find the microphone. The sleep timer is a function I like to use, but so far I can’t locate it and the manual does little to help me understand the remote’s capabilities. I think I will have to invest more time than desired to figure out how to use this tv.

Love my smart tv

Love the HD images and all features that Samsung had put into the tv. For me. The only downside is the remote control that doesn't have traditional bottoms and makes some of my household members frustrated. Always need to go to rescue them when they are looking to change channels or deal with tv volume 🤔

Great television. I am frustrated with the processing speeds, when Samsung has the best processor in the world known as "Snapdragon". Well then it should be in your television markets as well. Other than that issue, I have been a Samsung television owner for years, and will continue...

Ten outta ten this tv does it all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have is, that it doesn't have a power button on the TV itself. Other than that, the picture is crisp and sharp with vivid colors. The sound is incredible, it somehow manages to sound like your in a theater. Hands down the best TV I've owned. Highly recommend.

Reliable tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv isn't the high version that everyone wants but it is still worth getting for a child or a college student. It has all the features a smart tv should have. The brightness of the screen is good but can be a little better. I do notice a small bleed between colors on the screen and not sure if that is normal. My future purchase is going to be an OLED version from Samsung so will make a review when I get that one.
