I had an issue come up during assembly of the swing set. I called Lifetime and the tech support was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable, and followed up with telephonic help as well as solving the issue quickly and efficiently. I rate them very highly as well as their product and recommend them whole heartedly.

My 15 and 10 year old daughters wanted a swing set and the small ones you get from Walmart weren't going to cut it. So I found this online and knew it would be perfect. I don't use the trapeze bar ~ instead I hung a baby swing from there for my 2 year old grandbaby.  The biggest problem with assembly was the metal sleeves that are suppose to slide into the pendulum. No way. The sleeve was too big for the pendulum. I went back online and saw someone else had the same problem. He said he got his in with a bench vice. We didn't have one of those so I ended up carving out some of the plastic out of the pendulum, coat the sleeve with WD40, and then my husband hammered the sleeves into the pendulum. That was the longest part of the assembly.  Also when it comes time to put the cross bar onto the A-frame, you have to lay on the ground to see if the holes are lined up and the screw is coming through. It wasn't easy. We thought we were going to have a problem putting it upright, but that was a breeze. All in all, it took us a little over 4 hours for my husband and I to put it together.  The kids love it! My 15 year old complains that the swing is tight on her hips, but then she has full hips and it's not meant for hips that size. After she swings for a while, she gets use to it. I am twice her size and it was fine with me! Highly recommend if you have bigger kids and you don't want all the other stuff that comes with the smaller swing sets.

I bought this 5 months ago for two children age 6 & 7, or should I say the entire family as dad and myself enjoy swinging on it as well. The quality and value far exceeded my expectations. No concrete needed is a plus! Still looks as good as the first day so far no paint discoloration. The set sits in direct sunlight and shows no signs of wear. Great Product

For two months, my two kids enjoy it. There are lots of good things other reviewers noted. One small complaint is that the length of chain is slightly shorter than usual swings, so 1. it does not take use of full benefit of 10 feet height, and 2. my 5 yrs old daughter can not sit by her self.

This swing set is extremely sturdy. The pipes are all 3" instead of the normal 2". This is a really big set that needs a lot of room. This set is not for small yards. I put about two-thirds of it together myself but needed help with the rest of the assembly because of the weight and size. Total assembly time was approximately 6 hours. During assembly, DO NOT TIGHTEN ANYTHING until all bolts and nuts are inserted and seated. I learned this the hard way and had to loosen all bolts to finish the assembly. All parts came with the set. Nothing was missing. It has another major advantage in that due to its size and weight, it doesn't need to be set in concrete or anchored. All three grandsons swinging together don't budge it! The welds and the powder coating were also extremely well done. You get what you pay for.

We bought this for our 9year old daughter who loves to swing. It took nearly 2 hours for my husband and I to put together. It was a little difficult to follow the instructions and the two A-frame brackets were quite difficult to build but other than that it was not too bad. We are so happy with this swing set. It is very sturdy and made of high quality steel. It does not rock back and forth like our old wooden swing set would do. I love that it will last through the weather and stay looking nice. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

We have owned this swing set for over 3 years. We recently moved and brought it with us to our new house. It is durable and exactly what you need if you want to buy a swing set that your children can use while they are growing. We just adjust the chains as needed (shorten or lengthen). We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

We love our Swingset. Our 5 year old daughter loves the height she can get on her swings. And we love that the Swingset can handle us adults. We did have to add some links to the trapeze bc my daughter could not reach it-even tho she's quite tall. And it was a bit more difficult to put together than originally thought. We love, also, that we can move this structure. Makes for a happy lawn!

I wanted a swing-set that would last more than a few years and not have my kids outgrow it too quickly. This set was perfect! It is definitely heavy-duty and much sturdier than the cheap sets at Walmart. The kids love it and can get pretty high on it, and it remains stable. My only complaint would be it that the assembly instructions should have an extra warning about the "inside" and "outside" brackets, they are nearly identical and it is easy to miss as you are putting it together, I made the mistake and only realized something was wrong when I tried to put the top bar on. Ended up having to take most of it apart to correct it.

I bought this 4 years ago for our kids. It has held up incredibly well in spite of the summer and winter elements. The tall design even allows be (6'1", 225+) to occasionally swing with confidence. All the neighbors come to our backyard to play on this set. Thanks lifetime!
