We bought this 11 years ago and my two daughters have used it extensively and still do. So much so that they actually wore out the metal ring in the seats where the chain attaches! I contacted the company and they happily helped me get two replacement swings which were easily installed. Great company, great product.

We bought our A-frame swingset 3 years ago after our wooden one literally fell apart in the ground. This is a solid, sturdy, reliable piece that will last for many more years. It was easy to put together (as easy as any large metal structure would be!), and my teens love that they can still "hang out" and swing. Great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our then 5 year old son thinking we would get 2 or three years out of it. He is now 11 and still swings consistently and we have not had to do any of the wood maintenance that our neighbors have had to do on theirs.

We ordered Model 290038 for our grandchildren in March and just assembled it yesterday (20Apr2020). Assembly took about three (3) hours following directions exactly. All the holes are pre-drilled and hardware fits; however, it takes a second adult to help align it so the bolts can be inserted and for the final assembly to stand up. It is much larger and more robust than the typical swing set sold in toy stores. Allen wrenches are included, but you will need 1/2" and 5/8" open end wrenches, Also a screwdriver for one step. Packaging said it was made in USA. The two seats and trapeze bar are labeled made in China. Parts are not labeled so you must study the drawings in the instructions carefully. Recommended safety area around the swing set is about 36' deep by 33' wide, larger than many backyards. No anchors come with this, but it is very heavy (about 150 lbs). It is so tall that you could sink the four legs into the earth and it would still be tall enough. At surface level, it is about 9' tall.

I did some research because I was wanting swings that could grow with my kids...and that I could swing on! I LOVE these swings. We have had ours for over a year and they have held up extremely well. They are incredibly sturdy and best of all I can swing on them without a fear of tipping anything over, so I know as my kids get bigger they will be safe on them. I think they are an incredible deal for the quality of swing you get!

We bought this swing set 3 years ago. Overall excellent quality and a good value. However, some of the galvanized metal on the top chains and chain brackets at the top have already started rusting. Perhaps they should paint all the chains instead of just the bottom portions to prevent this from happening. As all the painted parts are in like new condition. Besides that issue we're happy customers.

We love our Swingset. Our 5 year old daughter loves the height she can get on her swings. And we love that the Swingset can handle us adults. We did have to add some links to the trapeze bc my daughter could not reach it-even tho she's quite tall. And it was a bit more difficult to put together than originally thought. We love, also, that we can move this structure. Makes for a happy lawn!

We searched all over for a metal swingset that would last. Finally decided to buy this one (over the cheap ones found at the local store) and we LOVE it. Its going to last forever. I read a few reviews about how difficult it was to set up, but it was easy. My husband did it in a couple hours with the help of a 3 & 4 year old. He did use a hand drill, so maybe that was the difference? It did take 2 adults to tip it up. My only complaint is that the swings were too short for my children and we had to go buy more chain links to make them longer. It is very sturdy even on our slightly slanted yard, I swing on it as high as possible and it never rocks. I love it! My kids love it! And the neighborhood kids love it! If you're slightly hesitatnt to spend money on this set - just do it. You will get more than your moneys worth.

Received this today, it took me about 4 hours to put it together, it's a real pain to put it together mainly because some of the drilled holes are not quite large enough for the bolts, so you have to force them through which is not easy since everything is heavy, solid steel. But now that it is finally together I am very happy with it. This is not your standard [...] type of swing, it is made with heavy steel pipes and very strong, easily strong enough for an adult to swing on for example. The swings themselves are I think the nicest I have seen. Overall I am impressed and the kids are happy too.

We have had this set for seven years, as our two autistic sons have grown to adult size. It's practically weatherproof in the sun in Arizona, much better than the wood set we had that splintered after a couple of years. Our boys were still swinging on it several days a week, right up until a tree fell on it last week in a storm. Even so, it stayed standing and was bent, but not broken. We are ordering another one right away. It has been the perfect one for our family.
