On May 29, 1971, I married Rick. That was 45 years ago and we have been through many ups and downs. Robert Louis Stevensen wrote a poem about a swing being the “pleasantest thing ever a child could do”. A swing set was the perfect gift for a retired couple to celebrate that occasion. We deliberated for quite awhile on replacing the dilapidated play set in our backyard. We measured the play area set up with railroad ties and pea gravel before looking for a new swing set. You see the need was great as Rick and I have 20 grandchildren that come around often to play with cousins and hang out with grandma and grandpa. We bought the swing set and put in our truck and headed home. We were lucky that our son had come from out of town to help us set it up. It was Memorial Day weekend and we were anxious to start swinging. We made a morning of it and made some mistakes, so we laughed and called for help, righted the wrong and got the poles, bars, and swings set up. It didn’t take long for my grandchildren to start in on the fun, two year old, Ben didn’t want to stop. When four year old , La Rue, started swinging, she screamed with delight, “I ‘m scared, I’m scared!” The best thing about this swing set is that Grandma and Grandpa can swing, too. “Up in the air and over the wall………up in the air and down.”

We had bought a new swing set to replace one we bought about 4 years ago, but had to leave behind on a recent move. When I received it I noticed the swings had dipped chains, part of a new design, rather than the older ones with a rubber grip tube. Our daughter is autistic, and she commented frequently that they were not like the old. Mentioning with Lifetime, they proactively stated that they had the original still in inventory and would send replacement swings at no additional cost. We received them in less than a week, and my daughter is swinging again happily, and her dad is relieved. She will be enjoying her new swing set like the old for years to come. Thank you Lifetime!!!

Buyer beware. Before I purchased this swing set, I was told by customer service that the item would ARRIVE within 5-10 business days. It has been 18 days since purchase date and item has not shipped nor do they have an estimated ship date. Customer service response is slow. Very disappointed to say the least.

I had an issue come up during assembly of the swing set. I called Lifetime and the tech support was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable, and followed up with telephonic help as well as solving the issue quickly and efficiently. I rate them very highly as well as their product and recommend them whole heartedly.

we puchased this swingset and love it for our daughter.The only concern I have is I tthouht this model had a solid bar across the top instead of 3 sections. she is 100 pounds and I worry about it coming apart Im also going to get anchors.we have the tower swingset too we love your products.but was surprised by the top bar being 3pieces bolted together instead of one solid bar

I relocated my entire family from Utah to Florida recently, during the move I lost a few bits and pieces to our playset. I contacted CS in hopes of them pointing me in the right direction to purchase replacements. They stepped up big time and sent me the little parts I needed! They’ve helped me tremendously over the years....from simple questions pertaining to our basketball hoop to the huge playset—Top notch service!

Exactly what we needed: a swing set that can hold not-too-heavy adults that also doesn't have a bunch of extraneous accessories that won't get used (like a slide or a teeter totter). Took two adults more than 3 hours to assemble: the last two bolts on the top were a major bear to align and get through. Recommend working on as level a surface as possible. Also, we needed to use some of our own tools as the ones provided were not always the right size (the smaller hex bolts in particular). Very happy with this set, and all of our daughter's friends are equally thrilled.

I purchased this swing set (off Amazon) without knowing/seeing that Lifetime does not have a compatible bucket swing. I see where the description of the product is not compatible with a swing belt, but it does not mention lack of capability with their bucket seats. After seeing the more expensive sets with the bucket seat online, it didn't cross my mind that it would not be an option for this swing set. Wish i knew that before buying then assembling the swing set. Very disappointed, as our 2 yo is used to the bucket seat at the park. Is it not possible to test a bucket seat on the chains that are used for the swing seats? I would think other customers would be interested in purchasing as well, but guess it is much more complicated than that. Other than that, it's a solid swing set. Our two older kids love it. Taking 2 stars off for not having a compatible bucket seat option for this set, and for no clear indication to customer on the Swing Set product description.

I explain my problem and situation in probably a confusing way. Being that it was difficult she was patient with me. She followed me page by page to the instruction manual and helped me with my problem. For something that I was stressed out about it turned out to be a great reflection on lifetime products.

I was asked what I wanted for my 60th Birthday. I told my husband a swing set. You should have seen his face. I explained that my Granddaughter needed one at her house. So This is the one I got and left it at her house. For my 62nd Birthday? I got a bigger one for my house. # 90177
