Broke within a year of purchase

It no longer turns on. The other night it started turning on by itself. The next morning it would know longer turn on. Waste of money and I would not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend

Horrible design. The attachments pop off all the time right out of the box. Tried giving it away twice to my brother and my son. They both gave it back.

No place to store accessories.

I have an older system from Philips for grooming. It has a place to store and protect all the parts that come with it. However with this new system it would be easy to lose or brake parts or the motor itself. Poor job Philips.

Not what i expected from this product

Its been only few months since i purchased the product and the battery life is already gone. I fully charged the battery and it only lasted for about 20 minutes. in the beginning battery life lasted for weeks

Ease of use and lots of functional options

My first ever hair grooming device, and I am blown away by how easy it is to use and how well it does the job. A must have during the COVID 19 pandemic and I never knew I can cut my own hair. Love it!

It was really good but it has short life.

The device will be dead using in six times. I only have used six times. Then after it ran out. It has a label guarantee for 8 years but I don’t know what should i do.

A year later and I have not had to charge it?

Seriously. It says 6 hours of run time, but it has been a full year since I got it for my birthday, and I use it 2 to 3 times per week and I have not had to charge it yet.
