If we could get rid of Covid, our barber could do the work...and eliminate this disaster. What about those who don't have iPhones? Videos? Photos? Really.

Did not appreciate the registration process! Serial number should be better identified! Explanation of how to find the serial number was ridiculously simplistic in it's explanation of how to find the number!! Eg. 1234? Which one? There's a few numbers engraved on the unit! Product seems solid, quality very good.

I received this Norelco Multigroom 7770 as a free sample in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I`ve bought many different groomers over the last few decades, and have always been disappointed with the quality and accessories. I was skeptical that this would be different, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I am large and very hairy, and most groomers simply don`t work well or last long. This Norelco was different. Metal instead of plastic, solid feel, rechargeable battery, and a wide assortment of accessories. To be honest there are so many it`s confusing, but better to have and not need than need and not have. The motor is powerful and didn`t drag trying to trim my very thick back hair. The shaver attachment was good, but could have been a tad wider for my taste. I didn`t get to use all the attachments, but I did test the fit and check out if they looked up to their tasks. Best groomer I`ve ever tried. Fantastic hard case comes with it as well. My two complaints, other than the narrow shaver are no charging stand and the small opening in the attachment bag. My hands aren`t that large and I had trouble getting the attachments out. Neither of those are a reason to avoid this kit. It is by far the best grooming kit I`ve ever encountered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer has many uses and works very well. There is an attachment for pretty much anything that you need to trim. They are all very easily removed from the trimmer head and easily snapped back on. I especially like to use the precision attachment that has adjustments on it so I can trim to the perfect length. It charges in a few hours and the battery life seems to be pretty good from what I have seen so far. There is even an attachment for various parts of the body that works very well and does not nick the skin. Overall, this is a very versatile and well made trimmer.

This unit came with replacement heads for nose trimming, body, wide hair trimming, beard trimming, etc - along with every guard you could possibly need to groom head to toe. Power switch is positive and the unit functions really nice and strong. It feels like a premium product from the weight to feel in hand to function. I have other Norelco units which use the exact same charging plug, which I appreciate as well. Charge time has been 4-5 hours per charge that I can tell - hard to quantify without timing it but it’s been substantial and exceeded expectations. I use this in and out of the shower and so far it’s been flawless! Definitely recommend.

This is a very good quality shaver aside of 3 things, 1) the switch which is just in the wrong place and too easy to turn on or off. It is right where you want to hold the shaver and so you will constantly turn it on and off by accident. Also when stored in the bag you will turn it on accidentally when you go to pick it up. 2) If your hands are like mine with no grip, then the slippery metal surface will make it hard to hold on to for a long time. Should be more rubber. 3) As others have mentioned, the bag is very cheap. I don't expect it will last very long. If you can put up with all that then it is actually a fantastic shaver and one of the best that I have tried out. Phillips will hopefully fix these 3 issues in their next model.

I received a free sample of the Norelco Multigroom 7770 and was not expecting to get to much out of it. Well I was completely wrong. This multigroom model was hands down the best I have used. First off the packaging alone made me feel confident in it, as it was packaged in a great case. I was pleasantly surprised with all the different attachments and the durability of each. I have seen ones before that were thin cheap plastic attachments and this was not even close to that. The 7770 handled my facial hair perfectly was ergonomically easy to use and left me feeling confident in how I looked. The nose trimmer was perfect and did not pull hairs at all, but cut them softly and comfortably. The 7770 was also amazing in `certain` areas so much so that my wife made a comment. I highly recommend this product. Durability, ease of use, ability to style, and overall comfort was 100% perfect. Thanks Norelco, you hit a home run with this one!

The handle felt good in my hand and easy to control where I want to make sharp lines in my beard. Nose and ear hair are no more a hassle, not with this! Battery has enough life to do what I need it to do. Easy to use while traveling and on the go. This makes my daily routine quick and easy!
