The unit itself works very well you get more attachments than you probably need, but i like the fact that they are colour coded and have their use engraved on mist if the attachments. be very careful when taking attachments (especially the blades) off/on as the power on/off button us in a bad location and i often end up turning it in when i am replacing a head.

It trims very effectively but I don't need to worry about pressing too hard. The grip is sturdy and I love all the attachments to cut any length you want. Plus the nose and ear trimmers are a nice touch.

This has it all, it works perfectly. I love the way the different cutter heads snap on and off. The trimming guides snap on in the opposite direction so it makes it quite easy to change the set up. The on cutter head that I have an issue with is the ear/nose trimmer head, its a bit tricky getting it on and off. But nothing to bad. It holds a charge very well. Even between trimmings. I wouldn't say it would be great for cutting hair on top of your head or the lower end trimming. It doesn't really shave well. So you I wouldn't call it an all around man-scape trimmer. But for beards, and a basic hair cut, trim chest and back hair. So that you can use a different shaver to shave closer. The issue aren't significant enough for me to rate it lower because I only wanted it to trim my beard and chest and back hair. Good luck 👍

I wanted a both a cordless and corded beard and hair trimmer and researched just about all the available products and brands.....I ended up with the MG7770/49......when I received it, packaging was very good and all components were !00% is good order....I was really skeptible about all the attachments, but because I do not have a beard all the time, I figured I could use them on my head.....The unit charged up for about 45min and was fully charged....I proceeded to cut my hair and was pleasantly surprised.....plenty powerful, no pull, no cuts, and when I found the right attachment, I was good to go for the whole cutting job.... I found the unit a little bit awkward in that the on/off button gets in the way sometimes....also, I takes a little time to get used to finding the correct hand position on the unit to insure a smooth cut.....but like anything new, there is a small learning curve.... Overall, I think this unit is priced about right for the features and battery life.....only time will tell how long the battery lasts......If I were to complain about any one thing, it would be that everywhere I read, product information is very mis-leading and/or confusing when if comes to whether or not the unit work both cordless and corded.....I wanted it to work both ways and found out it will not work while plugged in....bummer......both the series 7000 and 9000 are the same units with exception of attachments and carry/storage case..... I know you are asking, will I keep it.....ANSWER.....Yes.....Very good product and has a 10 year warranty....and, if you register on-line, you get an additional 6 months...so, go ahead and get one and enjoy....

I use the trimmer several times before I have to recharge the trimmer which is great because I always forget to put them on charge.

Blade should have been more angled or protruded out so it will be more ergonomic to use the device. Plastic touching skin is a very bad design, looks product was not tested properly. Blade is not as efficient as my old Trimmer (Phillips - G370), was better until my charger died and trimmer became useless. I would like to have charger for my old Trimmer ( model # G370) than using this new One. I am going to return this new one. Not worth the price.

I received this trimmer to review. It is built very solid. It is far heavier then most trimmers I`ve used. It includes multiple attachments that are identical to what you would assume comes in a kit like this. One nice thing was the ease of switching the different attachments, they come off easily but remain firmly attached in use. For shaving a head the trimmer felt way to heavy and inverting it puts the power button directly under your index finger, for me a huge problem. Overall I will stick with what I have over this trimmer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think this is a very good electric shaver with a strong motor. While it may be a one item fits all for some people, it unfortunately was not the case for me. I do think the motor is one of the strongest on the market for electric shavers which comes in handy for my coarse beard, but the lack of adjustable head makes getting the neck line pretty tricky. I do not do a close shave, so I can’t say for certain if this cuts as close as other ones on the market. For the wide blade hair accessories, I have not tried yet even though there are tons of options, the hair only comes with 4mm, 9mm, 12mm, and higher. I cut my hair very short, 3mm on sides and 6mm on top, so this will not be replacing my regular hair timers. In a bind, I could accommodate the smaller head size if all I have with me is this shaver which may come in handy down the road. I love the ability for a wet and dry shave, but trying to shave in the shower, hair collects underneath the ridge of the trimmers, so each pass you will have to wash the hair away which is time consuming. The battery life and feel are pretty good. It’s a beefy shaver which makes me believe it will stand the test of time, though I’m uncertain with the longevity of all the plastic clip on pieces. One drop and I believe those will break making them unusable, but thankfully I have not done this yet. To sum it up, it’s a good shaver with a great motor and battery life, but some of the short comings will make me keep having to use multiple items for a complete shave/haircut.
