I'll be honest, this is the first product I have purchased to cut my own hair. Early on in the pandemic I knew that going to the barber wasn't an option anymore, and finding inventory on any hair trimmers was near impossible. I was lucky to purchase this, and have been using it for almost a year now. It cuts very well, is easy to hold, and does a fantastic job with the included guides. I would like there to be a hair cutting guide that is a bit taller than what is included, but that is the only downside I can say to it. I've never had the battery run low. Definitely very happy with it!

This newest model contains special “dial up/dial down” clips that will allow you to adjust the length of the cut to your EXACT specifications. This really comes in handy below the belt and your under arms. Amazing. As with previous models, it is also wet/dry capable and the battery life lasts FOREVER after a full charge. As I said, they truly did make the best personal groomer on the market even better. Worth every penny.

Philips great customer service is what inspired me to write this review. The trimmer is awesome. High quality build, waterproof, great battery life, large assortment of quality attachments. When I went to recharge the trimmer the charging indicator light did not come on and the trimmer would not charge. I called customer service and within a matter of days I received a brand new replacement. Philips customer service was easy to reach, friendly, fast, and efficient. They really impressed me. The charging issue in no way makes me view the quality of this product differently. Any product can have a bad day. The great customer service won me over as a customer. I just ordered a Philips face shaver.

The cut it great if your trying to edge your beard or shave it completely off.. if your liking to just trim and get an even cut all around it’s technology is great to give you a clean same level cut that looks sharp. All the different heads work for different things on your body hair if you’re into maintaining a sharp tight looking body. The trimmer lasts a long time and is comfortable and easy to use. I feel more fresh and clean cut for the extra special nights. I would recommend this for anyone (especially if your picky on how you look).Blades are shape and don’t pull hairs.

The Multigroom 7000 has quite handily replaced my Sideburn Trimmer, my Nose hair trimmer, and my Eyebrow Trimmer, and it does all three much better than the cheap battery operated variants I've been using. Most of the time they barely worked or the batteries were dead from sitting. I chose this Trimmer because it is the latest 2017 Model, it has the largest capacity battery, and because it also included an eyebrow Trimmer. The 5 hour battery is a huge plus. Nothing worse than grabbing a tool and having the battery be dead! Other reviewers have commented that the battery lasts a very, very, long time. Which is in keeping with other Norelco products I've had. Highlights: • Unit can be used if the battery is dead by plugging it in! This is a GREAT feature! • VERY Powerful. It's got a tempered steel reinforced Motor for long life and it will cut through anything I've thrown at it easily. • Tools are very easy to change out. Simply Tilt the cutting head backwards (front to back) and it pops right off. Installing is the reverse, back to front. Shaving guides slip over the sharp end at the FRONT and the tabs click into place over the back. Very slick and very quick. If you are looking for the highest quality small scale personal trimmer available on Amazon, you have found it. It has every attachment known to man, and while I don't need them all, it's nice to have them if I ever do. I keep the unused attachments in the bag that came with it in another drawer, just in case I ever decide to get creative... It's especially nice to only have ONE tool in my drawer with my Electric Shaver. Neat and organized, and I never have to worry about a dead battery with this unit, since it works while plugged in. In summation, It's a nice looking unit, has a great feel, and is well balanced. It's got the highest capacity battery they make, a very strong motor, and tool changes are quick and easy. There's no point in having an "all in one" if it's a hassle to use. This one makes it quick and easy and the Tools work wonderfully well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charges up fast. Cuts and trims like a champ. Love the cross hatch for gripping the razor while in use. Has just about any hair attachment that you will ever need and there lengths are stamped on the bottom of each attachment. The body attachments are green in color the others are black, and there is two that are light gray. There is two extra cutters for other cutting jobs. There is also a body shaver style head and a nose hair trimmer. Would like to see the attachment sizes stamped a little deeper there a bit hard to read or maybe color the size of them in white.

Got this razor from my airmails. Good design easy to use, lots of attachments. That is all I have to say in the pros. The cons, have only used it 6-7 times over the past 8 months to trim my moustache. It will not hold a charge after the first 3 months and must remain plugged in. Now it won't charge at all. Completely dead and now a paperweight. Buy another product this one is only pretty looking .

It literally does everything from trimming my eyebrows to shaving my body. I am very impressed with all the different attachments which allow me to complete all of these functions. I do a fair amount of traveling and the duel voltage feature of this appliance is essential for my needs. I have used the trimmer in the shower and, as advertised, it is 100% showerproof. It is very useful being able to shave while showering and makes for an easy clean-up. Very innovative is the Groom Tribe app which I was able to seamlessly install on my phone. It provides valuable information on how to get the most out of the equipment and create all kinds of beard and mustache styles. The cleaning brush makes the whole cleaning process very easy and even more impressive is the 5 hour run time that you get from a full charge time. A very efficient, innovative and high quality product which I am absolutely grateful to own.

The trimmer is well made and very easy to handle, one charge lasted me a few uses. All the provided trimmers change out easily and it's great that this is also waterproof! It cleans up easily too! My only complaint is the thin, cheap storage bag they include. I don't understand how they make such a great trimmer and then have you store it in something inferior. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
