Charged it, sounded great the first use. Used it again, rattled, sounded like something was loose. Returned. Poor quality

Get trimer BUT the switch is located in the wrong spot constantly turning off and on as you're trimming. should have been put at the bottom or on the side or somewhere else than where you hold it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Norelco Multigroom 9000 Face, Head and Body MG7771/70 is a well built and nicely crafted set of clippers. The guards that are included should take care of all your needs. The charger is compact. This Multigroom is quiet with sharp blades. I rated this four stars because I have coarse hair and tried it for both face and body. I found using it on my face was quick enough and that it cut well. Using this for my body was more of a chore because it doesn't have the power I'd desire, so it requires multiple passes and is more time consuming. The bag that is included for the guards is an afterthought and a step above disposable. If you have fine hair on your body or not too much, you'll be happy. If you primarily want to use this for your facial hair, you will also be pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I would buy the cheapest trimmer I could find for my body hair. Usually they last a year or so then I would have to replace them. I finally decided to upgrade and I am so glad I did. The value is unmatched. You get 6 cutting heads and 15 guards. The guards clip in easily and one of them is even adjustable. The product itself feels good in your hand. It has a nice weight to it and really feels like a premium product. The battery lasts a long time as well. I can't recommend it enough.

Did not appreciate the registration process! Serial number should be better identified! Explanation of how to find the serial number was ridiculously simplistic in it's explanation of how to find the number!! Eg. 1234? Which one? There's a few numbers engraved on the unit! Product seems solid, quality very good.

My older Norelco beard trimmer finally bit the dust, I really liked the model but when I went to look a buying it again the price for that particular one was ridiculously high. I went for this model, and I love it, it has much versatility. I wish the attachments were more clear and detailed, but for a shaver, beard its works great.. It has good solid weight that makes it comfortable, does not feel light and flimsy which is good, quiet

Got this razor from my airmails. Good design easy to use, lots of attachments. That is all I have to say in the pros. The cons, have only used it 6-7 times over the past 8 months to trim my moustache. It will not hold a charge after the first 3 months and must remain plugged in. Now it won't charge at all. Completely dead and now a paperweight. Buy another product this one is only pretty looking .

It shaves my hair pretty smoothly and does it in lightning speed. It comes with a ton of attachments. It even comes with a nose trimmer which I will definitely try. It's rechargeable so I don't have to replace any battery. Overall, this is the perfect trimmer that I needed.

Nice easy grip handle for wet hands and doesn't grab the hairs at all. Super powerful and love the quick charge. Wish more grooming tools were like this.

I was surprised by how uneven and patchy this razor left my stubble…even with a guard on! After shaving, I had several bald patches and it looked so bad, I tried to buzz the whole thing down with no guard. But then that left me with awful razor burn. I don’t even know how that happened…have never had the experience with an electric shaver before.
