So far so good after two months. I’m quite happy with the amount of trims that you can do with this product. Many different lengths to choose from from 7 mm up to a nice close shave. Bought this too use instead of a regular razor and shaving cream, it has definitely saved time and money by not having to buy razors or shaving cream.

Very good solid product. I love it a lot. I ditched my hair clipper and hoped to get much out of this little tool. And it cuts really well too. The only down side is the blade angle is still different than regular clippers. So when you trying to trim the side of your head and try to look at the mirror at the same time, the body of this trimmer is right in the way, so you cannot see much details of the area you are fading.

I say this product is great so far because I have used it only three times but I am very pleased. I find the unit is well balanced which gives me a confident control of the clipper as I cut my own hair. Honestly, two more cuts and it will already have paid for itself. Of course I am hoping for a lot more.

Hair bits get under the removable cutting blade and into the chamber underneath where the motor is, where the hair mixes with the grease that lubricates the motor. Just generally unpleasant to clean properly. Removing/swapping the cutting blade to get at this chamber is also tricky to do without turning on the unit by accident (just the way the on/off button is prominently positioned). It's not really dangerous if you turn it on by accident while taking off the blade, just kind of surprising.

Overall this trimmer is great with lots of multi-function options with different cutting heads. The only negative is the placement of the on/off button which is where one generally holds the shaver and means it keeps shutting off while in use. Takes some regular use to develop a different hand position to not hit this button.

J'ai acheté cette tondeuse pour en premier lieu entretenir ma barbe et ensuite pour la coupe des cheveux à la maison. Je fut agréablement surpris de la qualité du produit ainsi du choix des accessoires qui me permettre de bien gérer mes poils. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. En prime, il est silencieux et tiens bien dans la main.

I was very excited to use this product, I previously owned an older version of the Multigroom series (the QG3384) and this version seemed much more of a premium product. I greatly enjoy the stainless steel body and textured grip. The shave is also very smooth so far and I found it easy to hold and maneuver as necessary around my face. However, the longest guide for the beard trimmer attachment is 7mm. I prefer to keep a longer beard and that's shorter than I would like. My previous Multigroom razor had a beard trimming guide which was adjustable from 1-18mm which, although not as attractive, was far more functional for my shaving preferences. After my beard grows out again I intend on trying the wider hair trimmer attachment for my beard shaving as this attachment has guides with longer lengths, but this isn't an ideal solution. I also tried looking online to see if supplementary guards would be sold, but they do not have them available. Generally I would recommend this product but I would like to see a greater variety of guards available, even if this meant I had to purchase a few of them afterwards.

It works well, and is well balanced and has all the accessories you can dream of micro shaver, micro trimmer, every height guard, etc. But I have two faults with this. First, can’t you make a clipper height that’s adjustable rather than all those pieces of plastic to track? Secondly, and probably more important, the balance is great, fits in your hands well, but the on-off button seems right at the point of balance, and the grip is too far up. Had they switched the placement of these two, I would have given a 5 star rating. I’ve been using this for 6 weeks and yet I keep holding it by the switch rather than the grip. It’s in a bad place Phillips! Honestly, I wouldn’t buy another due to these 2 issues.

It is great for both cutting hair and shaving beards. It has two separate trimmer for hair and beards with many combs making it easy to get the fade you wish. The only improvement to this would have been having more combs for the wider trimming head which is for cutting hair (even though it has the whole range by switching the head to shaving trimmer), so that we dont need to change the trimming head to the smaller one to use the shorter combs
