Quiet operation and seems to have a long battery life so far. I keep on accidentally turning it on and off. Not sure if it's because of the placement of the switch but whenever I am shaving my finger accidentally brushes the switch. Either the on/off switch needs to be relocated to a different area or needs to be changed to a firmer switch so that it is not so easy to accidentally turn on/off. It would be good also if the foil shaver attachment can be made wider to cover more area.

I had an old Philips beard trimmer which I really liked but was wearing out. I bought two different trimmers to try and replace it but they pulled my hair which was so painful I couldn’t use them. Finally I found this new Philips trimmer, and it works very well. The battery life is very impressive!

Love this shaver / trimmer. The battery was charged the day I got it, and is still going - 2 weeks later. Great for trimming my beard, and some closer shaving around it. More attachments than I will need, but the ones I need are there. My precious trimmer was corded, and it is a real pleasure to move around without a cord.

It was an impulse buy but I don’t regret it. Comes with an impressive variety of cutting heads, combs, and accessories. Didn’t think I would need them but it turns out that I do. It charged up quickly and holds the charge for quite awhile. Quiet in operation and easy to clean. Blades and combs lock positively in place.

Now, rather than shaving every 4 days as in the recent years, i just trim every 4 - 5 days... Compliments come of it as well. I see many men wearing stubble the last few years...figure it is time to join them. Spouse asks if i am growing a mustache.. No! but looks like i might be. The multigroomer 9000 works well for me. Thank you Philips for this.

The unit works well enough - the heads are easy to change, easy to clean. The one area that needs improvement for sure is the placement of the on/off button. it's nearly impossible to use this without turning it off. When you wrap your hand around it to hold on to it (and you need to as it's not light), you always hit the sensitive on/off button. other than that, it works

The shaver is solid and feels high-end. It cuts very close and is weighted nicely in my hand. I haven't used any guards because I shave my head right down. The charge seems to last me for several shaves of my face and head. The only issue I have with it is that the on off button is in a bad spot. When holding it I keep hitting the button that turns it off because of it's placement. I'm forced to hold the shaver right close to the back of the blade which is harmless but then the shaver isn't balanced properly weight wise in my hand anymore. Maybe that's a user problem, I don't know, but that's why I am only giving 4 stars. Oh, and I like that I can get it wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This unit trims well and does everything it promises. I just wanted something to keep my beard trim. It definitely delivers. Honestly, it might be overkill for what I need but I wanted something that would last. Of course, the answer to that question will only come with time.

First time ever having a trimmer- thank you Covid 19. Philips is a great brand so I trusted them and other reviews. The trimmer is effective, reliable and has outstanding battery life. Done 3 haircuts and many, many beard and body trims- no sign of a recharge in sight yet! Good variety of trimmer heads...just wish there were additional hair trimmer attachments greater than 16mm. Not everyone wants their hair that short all over. Otherwise- a great purchase.

Good so far. Only had it for a month now. One minor glitch is when removing the attachments the position of my fingers will activate the "ON" button. Also, when traveling there is no means to lock the "ON" button so in a soft sided bag it doesn't take much pressure to turn it on and it's so quiet you can't hear it running inside your bag. Arrived for holiday expecting full charge and it was totally drained, with no cord on hand to recharge.
