So bummed. It was delivered today and even though it was a white glove delivery, they delivered the 85inch tv to the front door without lifting,unpacking,setup. Even their delivery receipt stated delivery to front door, lift tv,setup tv, connect tv. They did not. When we unpacked the massive tv, it was cracked and smashed on the bottom. Called Sam's directly and told me it would 24 to 48 hours before someone would contact me. Meanwhile, we have an inoperable tv.
