I have 4 cats that have been eating kit & Kaboodle for many years. They refuse to eat it now. i even sourced 2 different lots to see if there was a bad batch. I suspect a material substitution was implemented for production cost savings. Who knows for sure, but something changed.

My two cats have eaten Kit& Kaboodle for years. In the past 2 months, they both have become sick with vomiting, bloated stomach, wheezing and coughing. My 16 year old cat lost ~1lb per week. She went from ~10lb to 5.2lb before she died about 3 weeks ago. My 2nd cat is about 8 years old and he has been wheezing and an enlarged stomach. He had a shot of steroid about 3 weeks ago and did not get better. It just occurred to me that may be the food. I have read several reviews on multiple sites with similar experiences. My cats have been indoors for several months. No other changes have occurred in our household. The only common denominator is the food.

My inside cat was never fussy about her cat food, but this change to Kit & Kaboodle, which is the only cat food she has ever eatten, is not good. She will just sit and look at it. Why did you change the recipe? Will you be going back to the "original" original recipe?

I've wasted 2 30 lb bags of cat food thinking the first one was just off. Nope! Our 5 cats won't touch it and keep crying for food! I can no longer buy your product. You should offer compensation and bring back the old formula. You are loosing business! We've used Putin's products for years. Very disappointed. How many complaints do you need before your company takes notice. You should of notified your customers that there was a new formula. Do better!

I don't know what happened, but after being my "go to" cat food for 5 or 6 years, my cats will no longer eat this stuff or anything that I mix it with to entice them to eat it. Repair your product and send me a free trial and I might spend money on your products again if it works....What do I do with this stuff? Maybe I could sprinkle it in the garden to keep the feral cats from pooping there....

Our 2 cats have been eating Kit and Kaboodle for 12 plus years. We recently bought a new bag and they won't eat. What changed? I had to go buy a different cat food and the scarfed it up because it was 2.5 days without eating. Obviously something changed in your food. Not a happy cat .

The last two 22 pound bags smell like corn, not like it has on the past.. it is making my cat sick! I usually buy 4 bags of this per month to feed my TNR cats, so I am going to have to find another alternative. I can't stand the smell so they are not getting what they need from it either. The color is off, , I noticed both of these as soon as I opened the bags! I'm extremely disappointed...I've bought this for many years

The new recipe for Kit & Kaboodle Dry Cat is too different for my cats and me. They are not eating it. The pieces are smaller, and the favor must be different. My cats loved the old recipe. I do not think that I am getting my money's worth either. I had two containers which I filled to the brim, using the old recipe 30-pound bag. The new recipe 30-pound bag doesn't fill the two containers. It only fills to about 2-1/2 inches below the brim of each container. With the smaller pieces, I ended up using more dry cat food to eat the cats. I am very upset about this change. With the old recipe, I had cat food that cats loved, and I felt that I was getting my money's worth. I am going to have to find a new dry cat food for my 18 cats.

I have 15 barn cats. I purchase several bag of kit & kaboodle at a time. When I opened the first bag looked same as always, other 3 where darker in color and pieces where smaller. Didn't give it much thought till the cats refuse to eat. Unsure what was changed. Now trying other brands so my cats don't starve themselves. Will not recommend anymore.

I have 6 cats, 4 indoor and 2 outdoor. Have been feeding them Purina K&K for over a year. The latest purchase, a 22 lb bag from Food Lion, has been promptly rejected by all 6. They are barely eating it, and when they do, they are vomiting it back up within minutes. Purina, change the formula back, or we won't be coming back!
