Horrible, I know prosciutto is thin but this is the worst prosciutto I have ever bought. I could not separate it. The prosciutto tore into strips when I tried to separate it.

it's tasty but also dry and the edges always stick together. it's meant to be sliced thin and the paper should go through the whole slice. instead it's somehow too thick but thin enough to stick together. the edges are always so tough and dried out. idk why I keep trying it just to be disappointed each time.

As someone who always has prosciutto on hand, so I've tried many many brands, this is a great quality prosciutto. The taste and texture are perfect. I don't find it too fatty and think they slice it in a way that makes it very balanced. My only gripe with this one is it is sliced too thin. I cannot get a single piece to stay whole. The pieces that are not separated by the paper stick together horribly so I'm either going to use a slice that has too much or is ripped to shreds, which doesn't work for what I mainly use this prosciutto for. I think the thin slicing could work if the whole slice was divided with the paper, but I can see that they package it in the way they do for the overall aesthetic. I hope it can be addressed so I can continue to buy this one in bulk, otherwise other brands are less hassle.
