This prosciutto was saltier than other brands. We used it wrapped around peppers stuffed with cheese and it was acceptable but didn’t crisp the same as the H‑E‑B brand. Definitely less expensive though.

Brought this to a friend's house for their loved one celebration of life and everyone ate this up. I definitely would purchase again for future gatherings as it is a hit and the price is great.

Horrible, I know prosciutto is thin but this is the worst prosciutto I have ever bought. I could not separate it. The prosciutto tore into strips when I tried to separate it.
