Top sliced really nice, bottom slices almost all fat. Very disappointed.

We liked this prosciutto very much. The only sticking point was that it was a bit difficult to peel the slices apart.

This product I would not purchase again. The pieces of prosciutto cannot be pulled apart in a complete piece. I am taking this product back to Sam's.
