Not bad, but overly salty. Good quantity for the price, but prefer other brands.

it was already bad, i almost threw up on the first bite. the middle looked slightly green, didn't notice till after trying to eat it, the first pack stunk, no, not like fancy meat.

The Rossetti Prosciutto Italiano melted perfectly alongside our cheeses, fruit, and nuts — absolutely outstanding.

The prior prosciutto was great. This prosciutto is like having a part-time job to get it separated from the sheets that separate the slices. I’ll buy prosciutto from somewhere else until the prior stuff comes back.

It does not reseal very well, drys out quickly.

Top sliced really nice, bottom slices almost all fat. Very disappointed.

The texture is silky, we have difficulty separating the thin slices without them tearing. It's flavorful and savory.
