We liked this prosciutto very much. The only sticking point was that it was a bit difficult to peel the slices apart.

In the absence of “sliced-in-front-of-you” whole prosciutto you may find at high-end Italian stores, this is a great one at reasonable price!

I have been buying prepackaged prosciutto from Sam’s for a while because I can taste the quality. It’s a great price and it’s great for charcuterie boards.

Wrap it around melon or around fresh figs with Parmigiano Reggiano and cracked black pepper or in any dish calling for prosciutto and you have, in the words of Alton Brown, good eats!

Terrible product very dry nothing like Prosciutto de Parma very little taste ruined a great dish I had planned for a large Gathering the fat is trimmed so tightly can't use it to for cooking it just dries out and turns into a hard shell always all I can say is Sam's Club get your act together either bring back the prosciutto de Parma or I'm just done buying this from your store

I usually buy Publix deli freshly sliced prosciutto after trying majority of the other brands offered in stores and out of all the brands I've tried this proscuitto is by far the worst. It smelled like dog food upon opening and I decided to try it anyways and obviously it tasted like it smelled. I'm so disgusted I'm not sure how anybody eats this.

It is a pretty good deal and I love Prosciutto this is very good.
